A few months ago I subscribed for cricket score from airtel on my mobile for the 20-20 world cup. After that I requested for deactivation but even then charges have been deducted for each and every match of india with other team, for other series I never subscribed for cricket score. My mobile is [protected]. Will you please let me know the way out to get deactivation facility on my phone.

I recieved a messege yesterday that says:-

Thank you for subscribing to SUB CSCORE. For 1st time user enjoy free alerts for 2 days. Enjoy the Airtel Service. To deactivate sms UNSUB CSCORE to 55383.

Strange, as I have no interest in cricket (sorry guys) nor did I ever subscribe. A few other people I know have also been 'SUBSCRIBED' to this service without asking. Daylight robbery or what?

I am having an airtel prepaid connection. My no. is [protected].Since the last 3 weeks my balance is debited unnecessarily.I have not activated for any service.Inspite of repeated complaints there is no satisfactory response.My complaint no. is [protected] dated 17th February and [protected] dated 18th February 2010.At the time of complaint I was told that I will be given the credit for the unnecessary debit but instead of credit my balance is continuously debited.when I am calling 121 it is being disconnected by them.please help solve this problem as early as possible.

I also have been trying to get rid off your cricket subscription on mobile no. [protected] but despite all efforts, i am still getting subscription from airtel service provider. This is all disrespect/contempt to supreme court of India' order. I same is not being stopped by your company. Then I go to supreme court again and going to request for heavy fine on each sms or subscription, so that you comany learn a lesson for same.

Airtel — Deduction of money for cricket score and host of other services never requested

I am being charged for services never requested from Airtel like cricket score update,VAS download(not sure what is this).
In spite of requesting to stop all these paid services no one bothers to look into this.

AirTel — Unwanted Cricket MEssages

Hello there,

I am getting unwanted Cricket Messages on my mobile number - [protected]. I have never subscribed for any such service but it was activated automatically and the charges for same are being deducted from my balance.

Can you kindly look into the matter, stop the messages ASAP and refund the amount as it is service provider's fault and consumers are at receiving end.
