[Resolved]  Airtel / Customer Care — Don't trust Airtel!

This is bhanu chander s/o J. Raju, i have took the simwith one year incomming payable amount is 398 Ruppes.

my out going calls was barred since from 9 days, i consult the person who has given me the sim, but their is no response & correct answer with him.

Because of my brother suggestion i selected the airtel sim but at the initial period only i am facing problem, i hope my problem will be rectified

when my sim ia activated i m rechage at 50rs before valedity
then my sim not recive validity
i call to customer care the say me your documents not submitted
then i call to where i have purched the sim
he say me ihe was alray send the document
then i say about conversation he did not clear

Since 3 months i am getting mentally torchered by a no of Airtel ([protected]). I am continously receiving calls from this no in my working hours due to which my work is getting hampered & calls are still coming at the night hours due to which I am spending Sleepless Nights & started taking Sleeping Pills, This person uses Abusive language on Phone. As I have already done FIR for the same number & i want you to take strict action against this. Otherwise i don't have any option left to get the complaint locked In All India Human Rights & right to Information Organization & govt registration no is:-00094. As this no belongs to Airtel.

i am using airtel for 2 years .in these two years i dint receive any direct reply's from the customer care executives .i bought my cell as a handset of samsung with the airtel sim.now the offer was completed n i want to change my sim but the mobile nt allowing another sim's in that phone.when i call to the customer care 121 they said call to 121 n ur prob vll be solved. this is nt the 1st time i heard da reply's frm them lyk this .wht to do..?

My outgoing call is barred from 2 days i.e. 11/05/09.
I have called to 121 for five times but their is no solution yet.
What can I do? Either to go with u or another one.

I have got internet connection from Airtel 6- 7 months back but after using it for 2 months i disconnected the same and airtel prople confirmed the same that we have disconnected the connection but now they are calling us from number [protected] and using abusive language with my family memers and thretning us to pay 1900 rs and saying that your connection is not disconnected wheras my father met them in person with them and raised arequest to disconnect the same after clearing all pending dues.

Sir plaese take necesary action against them as they are beffooling and threatning people.

I had purchased c139 two year and three month ago colour handset of motorola cost Rs 2000 which was having tie up with airtel prepaid connection, on which airtel promissed to give 2000 minuts talk time airtel to airtel but I had got only 1500 minuts, when i had complaint to customer care they told me that my phone is register as c-119 which costs Rs.1500 thats why I have got 1500minuts talk time. After that many time I did the complaint to customer care and the local airtel office but no action have been taken. pleases access the mistake point and take steps to return my remaining minuts of talk time airtel to airtel i.e. 500 minuts.
I having another complian that without my permision my connection gets sms news update facility which cost Rs.15 for selecting and Re 1 per day, this reduces my balance automaticaly, prior I had got this facility with out any information after some time I had stoped that, but today[protected] I have again recived such sms without my permission which redused my balance again. Please rectify such mistake and return my money back.

I Ashwini Patil a student by profession, and an Airtel customer for more than a year.
I am a pre-paid customer with a lifetime validity.

My complain is regarding the problems i face when ever i recharge my account with any of the message credit recharge. It is always a problem, i have to keep complaining to the customer service people and listen to their stupid talks. where as i have never got my work done even after lending them time, paying cash before hand and requesting them time to time. Even after paying money, my scheme is never properly activated. I have gone through this problem every time a recharge my account.

The latest was when I recharged my account with Rs. 48 message recharge where I should get 150 local messages with a validity of 30 days.I did this recharge on the 25th of april 2009 with a top up recharge of Rs. 44 at 6:39pm and my trans id[protected]. I logged a complain on 3rd may 2009 and the reference no is - [protected] then again on 7th may -[protected] and so on a couple of times.

A promise was made that the amount will be credited or the schemem will be activated soon. Now a month has passed and nothing realy is done about the complaint.
I am sure nothing will be done further as well.

Even though it is a small amount of money it is important for me.I am a customer and i need to know why I am not given Good service even after the pre payments made by me.

I hope the concerned staff will do the needful soon or just wait and watch as I will make sure to lodge a complaint with the consumer forum soon.

I have done two transaction on Mcheck dated 3rd April 09 (rs.800+Rs.400) Out of which which Rs. 400 transaction is been done properly.

When I contacted 121 they were not able to help me as the process was not established or it was not very clear to the executive.

But after contacting Mcheck helpline they mentioned that the payment is been done for no- [protected] instead of [protected].

So request you to please divert the payment from [protected] to [protected] if this can not be done then at least cancel the payment of [protected]

Airtel failed to sort this out since last two months
In my airtel number its not connecting to customer care. And i complaint so many times to customer care but they are not solving my complaint.since three weeks
I have 4 airtel postpaid connections. The sad part I see is the staff sitting at the various cities, so easily & effortlessly having a coulld'nt care less attitude.
Here, in question is PAR MARKETING on Rajpur Road, Dehra Dun, Uttaranchal.
All I can say is, since Friday I have been going around circles and talk about the seniors in a meeting and not answering any calls etc . My request being to activate my age old no [protected].
The parent connection has been blocked( at my request during travel abroad), but then why the add on nos are kept going?
Why this high headedness of the staff, come tomorrow, come monday which has come and gone.
Will someone look into this.

i want to install a outlet near our resisdence.Beacause airtel outlet is ore away.my home is in GOKULPURI.It is located in EAST DELHI.I can provide you good space for outlet.
