Sir,
I am holding above airtel prepaid cell for long time. Above cell No having Charged with Rs.999=00 for life time validity very long back. After charging Rs.999=00 if I recharged for any amount, I use to get full talk time of recharged amount. On 10th of November I recharged my cell with Rs 210=00, but I got the talk time only Rs.50=00. Why sudden change in the recharged amount. I given request with you costumer care, request no are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] so for no result has come. I kindly request to re fund the balance amount to my account immediately. After submitting my compliant with all sources of Airtel customer care unit, so for no information has received from airtel customer care unit. Now we have consult some legal export take legal action against the airtel for cheating is customer. Matter is most urgent replay immediately

With ref above letter I received the SMS from Airtel to My cell. “Dear Customer your complaint has been resolved, we thank you for feedback and patience Airtel “.
From the above statement Airtel may feel happy, But customer not happy.
When it announce the Rs 999=00 offer for Customer what is terms. Now what is doing by Airtel? I Kindly view this Complaint very seriously send written replay to my mail I.D

Hi,

I have taken a SIM card (no[protected]) , on 2nd of December and duly submitted required documents at Nigidi.
But still the phone number is not activated. This is very bad service I have came across.
I don't think it would take 12 days to activate one prepaid connection.

please activate my connection as soon as possible. If you can not do it let me know I will go for some Better Network other than Airtel.

I am really disappointed with your service.

I am using airtel prepaid connection (airtel friends/Maharashtra circle) (No: [protected]). Yesterday 1 jan. I sent about 10-12 sms, but my account balance is deducted by about 25-30 INR. I had received message 4-5 times saying ur account balance is deducted by INR 2, but actually the balance is deducted by more than Rs. 2.
Also I made call to my airtel friend after 10PM (call duration = 19 mins) which cost me about Rs. 5:50 insted of Rs 1:90.
I am not able to contact customer care from here (Mumbai). Also few days unnecessarily my balance is deducted by Rs. 30.
Please give reason for such poor service!

I have request for activate my service since 10 days before but still my service is not activated. I also talking with ur customer service center more than 20 times but they do not very small thing . I thing airtel have lots of money and they did not want to more money. Airtel provide very poor and ridiculous service. I am very frustrate

Every month rs.99 have been cutfrom my account for the charges of portfolio managment . tis services have been deactivated 05 mnyhs. backi have been talking to last 04 mths about the same . 01 mnhth . they refunded the rs.99 after that every mnhth. the amt. is again deducted . for last 04 . i talked to mr raj mr sandeeop. mr. amog who all said that the amt. has been wrongly cut. and the money will be refunded in 24. hrs . since no money was refunded i spoke to mr pankaj today who rudely cut my CONVERSATATION

Dear sir/madam,
I repeatedly complained to customer care executives scince last 3 months to stop my Gprs fascility and not to deduct money 299/month unecessarily in a careless manner.But no action is being taken rather I'm wrongly persuaded that my complain has been taken and no further mistake will be happened. this Farse has been continuing since last 3 months. Please consider my case immediately and refund my money. Otherwise I'll take Help of Consumer forum. I'm from bhubaneswar (Orissa ). Some of the customer care executive names are, Mr.Sambit, Miss.smita etc.They were also Blocked my Sim to receive this complain.
I have talked with several customer care executive but non of them can give me proper information. They are hopeless with their english. They just try to hung up the call as early as possible. Even if you try to talk to thier supervisor, you are never transfered to them instead you are kept on line in the routing system untill you disconnect it.
Now i want to change my hello tunes with a song by Richard Marx but dont get that choice from nowhere, i have checked on the net as well. Tried all the ways possible but with no solution.
The msg that we get for recharge often doesnt have proper information regarding the balance that we would get. I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service. Now the Govt. should take this matter seriously to ensure proper service is provided to customers and they are not cheated by the companies.

I bought a new sim of airtel prepaid on 26 oct. 2007 and got Rs. 350 but due to my exam from 8th nov. i switch of my airtel no. and then on 24 dec. again i used this number i got only 16 paisa in my balance and even customer care do not tell me how my balance is deducted i also got validity of one year on this but where is my balance gone even airtel customer care don't give me most of the time they disconnect my call and every time they give me the request no. and told that call us after 5 days my last complain no. is [protected] i m really suck off with the services of airtel . pls let me know how to solve this problem how can i get my money back...is there is any other way where can i approach i did not knw plz. help me
