AirTel — PATHETIC SERVICE OF CUSTOMER CARE

RESPECTED SIR/MAM
This is to draw your atention for the pathetic service that I have recived from the customer care of yours.on the 26 th of september 2008, I tried contacting your customer care and every time i tried contacting them.i tried for around 18-20 times every time either it was disconected or put on mute and no body responded after the cal was tranverd from the IVRS .After long time my call was taken by lekha and i asked it to be transevered to suprevsor available on floor to report the same the call was taken by Mr. Suresh thapar if i am not wrong and after teling all the poor service being delivered by airtel, He then put my call on hold and then dicoonected it which made the experince from bad to WORST.
I am sorry to say i dont think there is any any quality team keeping watch on your CSO.my issue was i just wanted to know my bill plan and to check my sms plan is activated or not.THEN I TRIED TO SWAP MY ADRES FOM RESIDENCE TO OFFICE AND AGAIN THERE WAS THE SAME THING that i faced my ofice adres was wrongly changed and when i tried to rectify it was not done.

if posiible who are the nice officer and the gentlemen who took the call as the suprevisor.I HOPE THERE WILL BE REVERT FOR THE SAME AND IF POSSIBLE PLS DO A CHECK ON THE PROCESS AS WELL.

I have made an enquiry about airtel Dish Network on their email id and system generated reply was also seent to me that they will contact me at the earliest but it 3 days since sunday but no call or no mail response.
I have asked request for ISD facility in my Mobile[protected]. They gave the request ref No: as 18530661 and they this will be donee before 29 sep 1300 hrs


Nothing was done so for

from customer care I recieved a call that my number is randomly selected for hello tune before 10-15 days .
according to that scheme no activation charge will be applicable for Hello tune. and instead of 30 rs deduction 15 rs will duduct monthly.

I will give a hello tune song to activate.

But Hello tune is not activated. Please reply to my number regarding this scheme.

this is to let yu know tat my card has reached the expiry date i.e on 16th nov, but i still havent got any messages from airtel as to how to retain my account or how to increase my validity, , , plz do the need ful to inform me wen my account can be extended as i don wanna change my number...

I call at airtel customer care @ 121, but no body answer me on this call.my balance is cuted so many times. pls check what resion & tell me immeditly. my mobile no. [protected].

Im having friends scheme in which outgoing call rates IS ie. (From 10.00 pm to 8.00 am & 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm A TO A 0.10 paise, SMS A2A 10 paise, 24 hr in which you can make groups n enjoy 10 paise call in A2A group (24 hr, 4 frnds), from 1 month they are charging 0.25 paise per sms instead on 0.10 paise. from last 1 month in tryin to make a group it shows network busy please try after some time (CUG..app error)…wen I called up d response was we cant activate online.. keep tryin…after trying several times through your god 'dam IVR, I spoke with one of your associate and a so called supervisor who promised to resolve the issue and give me a call by another 15 minutes, but I did not receive any calls from anybody till date. If somebody is reading this mail from Airtel could u please improve ur services and be a bit committed towards ur work. I have been using ur services from the past 4 yrs and I never encountered such problems. Hence plz guys be a bit more proactive and please give me a number where I can speak with a CSR, your IVR sucks!!!Alternate no [protected]

I purchased a cell phone with Airtel lifetime prepaid connection. My Airtel No. is [protected]. The service of my no. is suddenly stopped. I received a message on my cell phone : "Your verification code is unseccuful. Go to near ARC with your original document within 48 hours". Whereas I have already submitted all the required documents while purchasing Airtel sim card. When I enquired in the Airtel office and asked them to activate my sim card, I was shocked to listen their reply that due to recent crisis they have disconnected the prepaid cards. I had submitted all the required documents on 18nth November, 2008 . the customer service told me that the sim will be activated within 24 hours. But on 19th November i got a new same massage on my mobile screen. I kept my patience for 10 days to get the sim activate. After 10 days I visited the Airtel distribute (Gondia-chandni chouk-Near ghamandi bar) again on 28th November 2008 as my sim was not activated. The person at the shop informed me we have send your document at pune and we can't do nothing about this matter. After that i call in customer care and asked about my sim activation but they did't give me satisfaction reply.

Please kindly send the progress on my following email about my sim card otherwise kindly stop all the services for forever.

I put in a request for DND(Do-not-disturb) through sms on 22 September, the reference no. S[protected], n it was supposed to start after 45 days. Its more than 2 months n the service hasnt started, I called customer care last week after receiving many pestering messages, n was told by the executive my request was'nt submitted though I was send the above mentioned reference no. through text, n he tells me to put in another request through sms...wat a pain in the ..n I would have to wait for another 45 days...they think we are fools here...n have that kind of free time..wat the hell...I had another no. which i discontinued after making full n final payment for which i have a receipt, now 3 months on n they call me saying u hav dues, on telling them the no. has been discontinued they say its working...n they say if i dont pay they'll take legal action, legal action my , they just sit there to harass us, I called 198 for complaints it automatically diverted to sevice no...then sometimes there are no options listed(completely blank) n the computer says u hav'nt chosen an option) [censored] U!!!wat kinda sick service do u give...the executives are full of ..bunch of complete [censored]ing ...cant speak properly...i[censored] cant speak english converse in hindi...

My problem is that i am not able to contact Call centre. Airtel automatically selected caller tune to my no [protected] without demanded, also detected my balance
i used airtel prepaid connection.and every i am not used airtel live but i recvied msg from airtel .and it show thank u message and cut my 30rs in my blance . i am not using any service.many i complaint it but it is continous running what i can do
Dear sir,
since today morning when i am do call from my cell it show
emergency call only and not showing signal.
i am facing inconvenient due to this .
Plz solve the problem as soon as possible.
