[Resolved] Airtel — subscription of mono tune service on mobile | |||
sir i have airtel prepaid connection for over a year and half .For 10-12days on my phone no. subscription of monotune service is activated without my will .i regularly contact on airtel customer care line to stop the service on my number .airtel managers assure me that they stop this service and now it will not be activated on my mobile no.but it is of no help and the next day a message that''a monotune service has been activated on my mobile and i have been charged Rupees 3 for it''.i have call customer care no. of airtel for 6-7 times in 10-12 days but they are not taking any action .some entertainment pack is also activated without my choice on my airtel no. sir please take some action against it. thankyou mobile no.-[protected] vishal garg Was this information helpful? | |||

Air tel without my knowledge activated some service with name S MONO Subscription and deductuig Rs1/ per day without my permission
Please deactivate this service immediately as your Customer care line is always working and service is also poor
My Airtel mobile no is [protected]
Please stop S Mono service immediately or else face legal action

customer care service is sooooooooo poor.. if you deduct any amount further i am going to take a serious action on this and you will be taken to consumer court...pls keep in mind that i'm not an illiterate...i am v.highly educated. airtel is deducting money from my a/c for no reason..i want you to credit it back to me..do yu get that?? the worst customer service ever..and whatever nonsense yu've activated on my number deactivate all that nonsense immediately.. from [protected](mumbai airtel)
