[Resolved] Airtel Digital — No Signal | |||
My Customer ID is [protected]. on[protected] i reinstalled my DTH connection at new address. After installing the settop box was not showing sufficient signal level and quality, i told the service engineer Mr. Tinku mobile no. [protected] to get the signal quality improved. he told me that there may be weather problem, everything would be alright, and he may be contacted for any problem, if occurs. from the very next day the signal quality deteriorated. i called him so many times but he didnt respond. since i was bust with my shifting, finally on[protected] i formally complained at cutsomer care vide complaint no.25664194. on[protected] the engineer came and concluded that the dish location is not correct and would be reinstalled. he told me that he has already informed his office and the same person would rectify the problem who has earlier installed. i waited for full[protected] and[protected] no body turn up. on[protected] i again complained at CC vide complain no. 25731452. today its[protected] more than 8 days. my dish problem is not yet solved. EVERYTIME I COMPLAIN, A NEW COMPLAIN NO WITH 24 HRS TIME IS GIVEN THESE ARE MY VARIOUS COMPLAIN NOS I HAVE DONE VIDE EMAIL/ CC ETC 25664194, 25731452, 25792568, 25813751, 25814735, 25815215, 25850329. digital guys call for feedback only and i tell them the whole problem everytime i have told 100times the same thing to 50s customer person. everytime i call on their cc no.[protected] i had to wait for more than 30min with repeated call drops. calling to their so called senior executives is no vain. ONE MORE THING, AIRTEL DIGITAL ARE CHEATERS THEY FRAUDULENTLY CHANGED MY ADDRESS IN THEIR SYSTEM ON[protected] SO THAT THEY CAN MAKE EXCUSES THAT MY ADDRESS IS WRONG. HOW CAN MY ADDRESS GET CHANGED IN 5 DAYS OF REINSTALLATION ONLY? I AM FED UP WITH AIRTEL. AIRTEL SERVICE IS WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN. IM DISCONNECTING MY DTH AND HAS ALSO APPLIED FOR PORTING OF MY AIRTEL MOBILE. UNFORTUNATELY THERE IS NO EFFECTIVE AND TIMELY CONSUMER COURT IN INDIA OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE SUED THEM. I CANT EXPRESS THE MENTAL TRAUMA I HAVE GONE THRU IN THESE 8-10 DAYS. WILL NEVER TAKE ANY AIRTEL SERVICE IN FUTURE. Was this information helpful? | |||

I contact your customer care unit regarding a number enquiry. as from that number I am receiving miss calls daily on repeat When I call back, the call cannot be connected message. very pathetic and pitiable to hear your grievance. s as u say dese c.care guys has a technique to drain all ur energy by making u tel the whole story 100 times 2 n-number of persons and mnake urself vexed and repelsive of calling dem again. this is their strategy. write 2 deir c.care mail-id and resend until u get reply mail. and with those copies u can file case in consumer-court.

Airtel mobile phone signal — many times informed to rectify
We are residents of APSEB colony . This street is located in between Alluri Sita Ramaraju statue & Siridisai temple Seethammadhara. People living in all apartments vizually Saijyostna towers, Saisruthi apartments are suffering from very weak or no siggnal of airtel mobiles in side houses. Many important distant calls ISD & STD calls we are loosing. The System answers to the calling party Not reachable. To Make a phone call, we have to come out of the houses and speak loud. This lacks privacy and disturbing the neighbours.Pertaining to this many a complaints were given in the retail outlets while making recharge of airtel mobiles. No action is being taken up. Since we gave this number to all our concern and job records, we cannot change the sim of other available mobile companies. Hence Airtel techinal department may please take necessary
action and rectify/ strengthen the signal around this area to ratify this kind of situation.
