[Resolved]  Airtel Digital TV — Complaint against Airtel

We had installed Airtel Digital TV on 30/05/2009. After a week the screen started showing that this card is not valid. By contacting Airtel Call centre they told that Rs.100 is balance from our side. After recharging Rs.100 it was activated. After a week again i.e. 15/06/2009 again the TV screen showed that this ID card is not valid. We again called centre again they informed that we have subscribed for ESPN package and Rs.60 is pending in our account. While we had not sent any SMS for subscription. The fact is that airtel has deactivated free to air channels also. Is airtel collecting Rs.50-100 every week with the customers who had subscribed for free to air channels for one year on some pretext or other?
Why are ads given for fee-to-air channels subscriptions for one year? Can I get justice from airtel? Every time we contact airtel customer service they say "You pay this amount this time and next time it will not happen? Is this the way adopted by airtel to humiliate genuine customers and harrass them by charging them exhorbitantly evey week?

i have installed 3rd connection as HD AirTel digital on dated 31072013 and pay rs 4436/ including one year charging and installation charges todat u have sent me a message that your airtel digital TV ID [protected] is charged with Rs.1000.If your services do not resume keep the Set Top Box ON& text HR to54325 from your linke after that second message received in this u have your airtel digital TV ID [protected] is recharged with Rs.258.
sir my ID [protected] Order no 5199954 my phone no [protected] alternative no is[protected], economy sports HD 12M(STB 2 3 4)(UPFRONT NRC Rs.3390) validity 365 days. Rent post free period Rs200/ mnth
i request u kindly explain how ur representative charge Rs4436/ from me am one of the oldest coustmer of airtel

Initially our account was suspended due to non usage due to our house shifting. We received a call stating if we recharge for 6 months, addition of another 6 months will be free. Now they disconnected after 10 months, I recharged for 1300 or so to avail this offer. When I called customer service they promised for a callback, never called me, I received a internet call for a sake of it, I could only listen to music, their trick is to record in their system that they have called. This is absolutely fake promise. Kindly help me. My number [protected], [protected]@gmail.com Airtel Account: [protected] Name: Raju. Same compliant was dealt by you 10 months back. You have the record of accepting for 12 month. Kindly take that has reference.
My Airtel Digital account no [protected], Last two months I am facing problem with Airtel digital connection. When ever called Customer care center, there are common dialog is Our technician will visit & visit charges is 150 IRS, three times technician attempt complaint but till now problem remain same. finally change setup box after that problem remain same.
worst service provider is Airtel and too costly.
I have requested for addon connection by calling the number displayed on your airtel box, its more than 1 week and no one has turned to setup the box, engineer gives call daily but dont come for installation.

My Airtel -DTH no is [protected]. I raised complain with customer care on 7th May but did not get any response within 4 days, after that one technician came and fixed issue, charged rs 175/- . Same issue occurred on 14th May .Again I raised complain # 51683863 . No one is responding on this complain even after 4 days of service delay . Called customer care more than 50 times but no use, they are keep on saying it will be fixed next day .
