Dish TV — new channels add

all dish operators add new channels like bindass, firangi, manorama, world movies. why not dish tv add these channels. plz add these channels but we will choose other dish

why dish tv is not ading channel like bindass, neo cricket, neo sports, utv world movies, bhojpuri sangeet, ndtv lumere, ibn 7, ettc. please reply to me i will be highly thankful to you

Airtel Dish Tv — adding new channels to list

now infact dish tv has also aaded another channel.. SAAM Marathi..
airtel dish tv should also add the same channel considering that most marathi public is in maharashtra. and the channel is also popular there. so hope they will add another channal.

have complianed few times on their customer care line but all in vain..!
Hope this complaint will not be a waste

AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — added 10 channel Eco Sports Pack-I No request

I have with airtel digital TV ID [protected]. on 08.11.2012 AD - ARWTSV added 10 channels to Eco Sports Pack with revision in rent > I have no intrest in Sports Pack,Pl. quit/cancell the above 10 channels >

They have removed ESPN, STar sports, STAR CRICKET from the economy sports pack and have added them to mega sports pack...i.e the higher end packs.
Even i am facing the same problem.This is not the first time they have done this and that to without any prior information to the customer.Have requested them to take away their dabba(connection).
Pathetic experience with airtel.
Worst service...!!!

Few months back airtel removed AXN, UTV World movies and all english news channels from my package (except NDTV). The price was also increase from Rs. 232 to Rs 250 pm.

Now they have sent a message that star sports, espn and star cricket will also be removed.

How can they keep removing channels and increase the price without customer's approvla?
They might have added some Zee channels which I never watch!!!

Why should I pay for a package which has no channels that I need.

I want english news channels and Sports channels. Thats why I took south econoomy sports.

The same problem with airtel for me also.
They are saying the package as South economy sports and removing the sports channel's.

They have removed espn, star sports, star cricket and that too without intimation.
When i called customer service they said from 1st dec we have removed these 3 channels from all pacakges and have to pay extra 50 rupees pm for these channels.

They have added two other channels which I never watch.

why should I pay extra for the channels which I don't watch.

I am a Airtel Digital TV customer, i have complaint regarding their plan change activities

Pack : Economy Sports Pack

From today Airtel DTH people have removed ESPN, STAR SPORTS and STAR CRICKET from Economy Sports Pack. But how can they change the already decided plan, i am paying Rs. 275 for watching all these channels in a single pack. I have already done an advance payment of 1 year for this plan only. Now Customer care is asking me to either change the plan to MEGA or else subscribe for ESPN sports pack worth Rs. 50 p.m. Isn't this is a clean cheating with us? I would also like to question Airtel as they seem present here you people are celebrating from last few days cause you have been ranked a No. 1 trusted brand in this country by one survey and don't you think so trust has been broken here. I am Airtel customer from past 6 years, and i really don't want to switch to some other product.

When i contacted customer care, they told that plan is changed by their own. and they replaced with Sony six and some xyz junk channel. and made Discovery chanel tamil free. Did we ask these things ??

my name is Ravikumar i am also facing the same problem, they have removed star sports package without any intimation. how could they do that without any intimation . I have been using this from past 2.5 yrs. So soon i am going to change connection.for people who want to go for new connection dont choose AIRTEl its worst and price also very high. go for videocon or tata sky

customer id:[protected], my name is Gurdeep Singh, Iam facing a very same problem, they removed star sports, espn, n most important channel star cricket, without any information which is very bad, iam using this connection from last three years.now iam not happy from my connection n iam going to change my connection, plz start espn, star cricket, star sports again, otherwise i will change my connection.

I have just now spoke with the customer care executive and then escalated the same issue to the manager. The manager could only say that they their budget was not fitting and it is the decision of the company.
I asked them why the customers view/opinion was not taken before they took this action. why should we compromise at this extent.
My request to all other customers/viewers like me---- Please raise your voice. Don't keep mum. We unitedly can fight against such an injustice.

I too have the same kind of problem. I am also told these sports channel will be removed from 15-Jan-2013 because its a HD connection and free for only 3 months.
I never told all these when i opted for the package.
I also opted for an add on connection with south economy sport package but am not geting Start cricket espn etc...
If i would have known before i wouldnt have gone for Airtel DTH add on connection.
No communication happening in front of removing channels from what they promise.
When I spoke to the customer care they keep on saying airtel has decided nothing they can do on these things.
Completely dissatisfied with Airtel DTH
