[Resolved] Airtel Digital TV — POOR RESPONSE BY CUSTOMER CARE OF AIRTEL DIGITAL TV REPRESENTATIVE
We had installed Airtel Digital TV in january month of 2010. After expiring the value pack validity, when i recharged it, the STB is totally blanked & nothing to show. By contacting Airtel Call centre on 28/08/2010 and they told that your request will be resolved within ''48 hours'' but the 48 hours not completed till date. During this span of my busy schedule i contacted the Aitel Customer Care centre, their Dealer in Jamshedpur & Customer care Supervisors more than 50 times, Each time they informed & assured me that problem will be short out within 48 hours, but not................
Is any answer? For wasting my time & money on the FALTOO jobs.
Is this the way adopted by airtel to humiliate genuine customers and harrass them by charging them exhorbitantly evey week?
