[Resolved] Airtel Dish TV — i have recharge no video no signal | |||
i have a dish TV from airtel i have recharge on 2nd earli morning at 4am it refrelected in my accout but iam reciving no signal i have given complaint regarding airtel executive took the complaint and it got close becsue they have sent the engineer to the old address, again i raise one more SR it was clsoe becaseu enginer said custoemr not rechable tho my numbe was active, again one executive raise an sr one enginer came to my place he rectified teh issue after 1hr same problem i called up again to the engineer he promised he will be coming but he is not coming day by day my accoutn is getting duducted i want my the refund for wt i have not used and still my sissue is not resolved. and my still my issue is not resolve iam gettign no signal error and daily my balance is getting diducted custoemr id is [protected] Name : saleem N mobile [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Dish TV — regarding recharge issue
sir,I have recharged my dish tv on 28th jan for platinum package with tamil as regional language and the channels as per your packages are not activated till now and we have informed so many times and no action taken till now and i will get my recharge date completed by 27th feb so there is no use of recharging on such high cost packageand details of set of box are

so please reply me as soon as possible and make sure that when we recharge the same package again it sholud not in manner such that every time we need to talk with your customer executive to active each channel.

I have recharged my dish tv account on 6th june.My recharge due date was 12th june but i pay for the same at 6th of june.Sir even although i recharge my dish tv account no.[protected] on 6th of june of GOLD pack for 6 months, but till today the service is not activated.
so please reply me as soon as possible and make sure that when i recharge the same package again it sholud not in manner such that every time i need to talk with your customer executive to active each channel

Dish TV — no satellite signal
I am not getting any channels,since 27.08.09, the message I am getting on my t.v is no satellite signal, since last 8 days , to day only I have recharged my subscription. as it was due on 1.09.09, but the interesting part is after making pyt still we cannot see any channels, we are not able to contact any of your customer service. or technical person over the phone, can you seriously look into this matter, and restore our services at the earliest. more channals is show no signal in last 6 days i compliant to call centre in airteldishtv but no action take and show error code B001 in every channal. please solve this problem i argee that but service is very bad in last 6 or 7 days
