[Resolved] Airtel Dish TV — No response for complaint at customer service | |||
I have lodged at customer care service on 6th November and the complaint no is 4371055 . The complaint regarding no signal from dish. From day one customer care person says that engineer will come tomorrow but no one has turned up. If you email to customer service and you will get computer generated reply. DISHTV CONNECTION — no response on complaints
I have no signal problem since 2 last months and I have lodged more than 7 complaints regarding this, every time customer care executive provides me only new complaint no. and says your problem will be solved in 24-48 hours time positively but no one contacted me till now.DishTV — non-response
dish tv never keeps itd commitments.our stb developed a fault, which was attended after 5 days.their commitment was of repair within 48 hrs .that 48 hrs have not come even after 7 days.thie customer service people are not only ignorant, but also very ill-behaved, and give the mugged up response of please wiat for some more time.i rue the day i took a dish tv connection.Dish TV — non-response

I had recharged my dish tv on 9 oct. by ITZ card of Rs.600 and Rs.300.But my account is showing that only Rs.300 have been update.
On 13 oct it is showing that "YOUR SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD HAVE BEEN EXPIRED" . no one on the customer care is responding to my complaint.Many times i had recorded my compliant to your customer officer.
Please recheck your account, and re-credit my account and advise me that what happen to my Rs.600 ITZ card.
had recharged my dish tv on 13 Nov 2008. by sending cheque forward direct to noida office of Rs. 36000.00 two cheques of rs 1800 each against my bc Nos 1, [protected], 2- o[protected] due on 22 Nov 2008 and as per your annousment plus 400 bonous on two cheque of rs 1800 ie 3600 + 400 = 4000.00 may anolthaer child connection no is [protected] free for one year ie upto May 2009. now Rs 4000 adjust against two connection ie 300 and 150 = 450 pm, 450, 4000 debied by 450 = 8.88 month But my account is showing that only up to 29 May 2009 is incorrect correct billing is upto Aug . lots of complaints losed but no response recd till date complaint no 17556219 On 13 Nov no one on the customer care is responding to my complaint.Many times i had recorded my compliant to your customer officer.

Dish TV — No Customer Service, No Response
I have purchased Dish TV in August 08, i had some queries a few days ago for which i tried to contact the Customer Care number provided by them[protected]MTNL/BSNL)).This number does not get connected. I then tried the Paid number for all (East/ West/ North/ South) Zones[protected], Please prefix: 011 for North, 022 for West, 033 for East, 044 for South), but i got the Same Result.
I then tried mailing them my complaint on ([protected]@dishtv.in) the mail just bounced back. I tried lodging a complaint on their Web-site, but the page had some errors and the complaint could not be completed.
I request you to please help me out in this.
Dish TV — extremely poor services
I have paid Rs 4000/- to take dish TV connection..much more than what is available these days in the market.(for Rs500/- Dish equipment and six months free subscription is available). i took dish tv for the excellent services i thought u provide. but from my last one year's experience i am really shocked as to how can u fool the customers. ispite of me paying such huge amount, there were disruptions in my services for almost 20 days even during the festive season of onam. mr sunil of dish tv at chennai is well aware of this. my phone bill itself trying 2 call the dish tv authorities would run into many hundreds if not thousands. even now i am facing lots of trouble. am not able 2 view the channels which i am entitled to.this is criminal on the part of dish tv. the services hav been terminated i dont know why??? at one place u claim 2 b the india's first satellite service and u harass ur customers like this. mr joseph and mr sunil as individuals have been very cooperative, but ur system seems 2 b... i dont know what 2 say but.. hope u do some thing..i have even paid extra 2 recharge..now 2day so that i can view..the channels i hope someone sensible in dish tv will listen 2 me and do the needful.. best regards I UNDERSINGN MR. Please think twice before you go in for Airtel DIgitalTV connection. Their service is pathetic to say the least. You just get apologies from the other end of their phone line but no service. Airtel crudely translated in Hindi is "hawa(Air) mein batein karna(tel)" How very appropriate !42%

Airtel — Non responce to Customer Complaint
Hi,I had recently taken an Airtel connection at my home and had requested for wiring for a parallel connection. The intial request was made on 11th Feb and the complaint no. 3707454. Although I had been calling Airtel again and again, no one turned up. When I called up Airtel on 29th Feb, I was informed that my request is closed even without attending to it. I again launched another complaint on the same day (No. 4246968) and I was promised that this will be attended within noon on 1st March. Still no one turned up and I again made a call and was informed that some one will be positively coming by 5.30 pm. I waited till 5.45 pm and again enquired with Airtel and the lady who took the phone that a technician will attend to this issue by noon on 2nd March, even though it is a Sunday. Again, nothing happened. When I called Airtel on 2nd March, I was told that no one will work on Sundays!!!
I was really surprised to note that a company like Airtel is so irresponsive to customer complaints! Although I had this connection only for just 1 1/2 months, I am seriously thinking of discontinuing this connection and go to some other service provider.
In case you are planning to take an Airtel connection, my adivse to you is to think twice before you commit yourself.
