[Resolved]  Airtel — fraud balance deduction

The company is biggest fraid...whenever i use my internet package with balance on my phone the company automatically deducts 20 or sometimes 15 rupees but if my balance is emptly there is no deduction ...it reads that u have been deducted 20 , 15 for some animation or picures downloads which i never download and niether does the dwnld happens ...when i talk to customer carw they always prove wrong they say u might have clicked some button...first for 3 to 4 times i ignored it but then i checked it happens only the times i m using net and i have talktime balance....it already happened more than 10 times with me... and i have seen simliar complains from other customers around me and even in your forum...company is the biggest fraud

AirTel — Deduction of balance by fraud

I was doing internet using Airtel nop on 5.8.2009. I was trying to download a free game from www.waptrick.com. Suddenly Rs 99 was deducted from my balance. I contacted customer care but of no avail. Please help me get back my balance.

World biggest froud network provider.
I was using airtel billing. I am from mumbai.
I go in my home villege. So there r not network. There i can not pay bill amount because i am in villege.
So after some my incoming and outgoing r stop.
I come at mumbai and paid 1500 Rs bill amount.([protected])
In The gallary they say u r numbe runing after 4 day.
After the many try my number r not activated.
They r said ur number r permonenat disconnected.
I lose my all contact.
There r not any resposible person.

AirTel — Fraudulently deduction

My name is deen dayal and my phone no.is [protected](Airtel prepaid).I m a loyal customer of airtel since last four years.But from the last two months the airtel people are deducting from my account falsely activating services which i never asked to do so.Some unwanted deduction are:

1)Deduction of Rs 99 (Pretext of deduction is downloading of cricket champion trophy which i never ever asked for.

2)Deduction of 30 rs on the pretext of friend chat activation.

3)After four days 20 rs will be deducted for tadka live(Never demanded)

Please look into the matter and unearth a budding scam.

Airtel — Fraud deduction from my prepaid card balance..

I am using AirTel prepaid connection past 7 years.
Every month they make unnecessary deduction from my prepaid balance without any prior notification msg.

I have complained several times to the Airtel customer care stating “send prior notice before the deduction but it’s in vain...
On 23rd Jan 2011 morning all of sudden my account balance was nil...as the balance was very low(50rs) I did not bother to call and confirm. And on same day I recharged 375 Rs within the span of 2 hours my account was once again nil...this time I called the customer care to confirm the reason, but they were not aware as there system was not updated. On there advice I yet again recharged of 60rs...So that I can at least make outgoing calls... they assured me that they will refund my amount by mid-night...Evn that amount zilch after some time. I waited 3 long days to get my wrongly deducted balance refunded from them.
I am really very disappointed with the kind of handling and hoax that has been done to me

AirTel — FRAUDULENT DEDUCTION

I AM A AIRTEL PREPAID SUBCRIBER WITH NO. [protected]. On 1st December I subscribed to Rs.98 Internet pack and since that the sim was used for internet browsing only and not for any phone calls, with the micromax modem.
But strangely on 21st December 2010 when I checked the balance, my
balance is Rs.02. Earlier on 19/12/2010 my balance was around Rs.155/-contacting customer care my number was blocked to 198. I again tried to reason with them from another phone no.[protected],same thing was done.It is surprising
that when for the whole period from 1/12/10-20/11/10 my SIM was in Airtel micromax USB modem how could I phone or subscribe to some service and my balance of Rs.155/- got deducted.In response Airtel stated that there is no provision of automatic renewal of GPRS package and my balance was deducted for per Kb surfing charges after exhausting my 2GB limit. Now see what happened I was using the Rs.98/- pack on [protected] and it was valid upto 20/01/2011 but on this date after exhausting my limit, without my consenting or sending request, Rs.35/- was deducted from my account and I was given 500Mb usage uptill 26/1/2011. On contacting 198, the customer care executive as usual talked in a very ill-mannered way and told that I have myself subscribed to this pack. I told him that this not possible as my SIM is in modem where you cannot subscribe. But he didn't agree and kept insisting his story. My submission is that there is provision for renewing automatically then why original complaint for [protected] stands i.e. why couldn't my GPRS package be renewed for 98/-when my balance was more than Rs150/-. Is it not that it was a cheap business practise on part of Airtel to deduct per Kb charges when automatic renewal is a factual practise as is evident above.

AirTel — about balance deduction

I had activated Airtel internet plan worth Rs. 98/month, 2 GB but still while browsing, sometimes my talktime balance is deducted without prior information that i can be charged for viewing the contents. in this way my 40 Rs. balance was deducted without anything being opened. prior notification is must before deducting balance. coz first time user can not know which click may charge. and they are also charging for unsuccessful downloads. terms & condition page never been opened. kindly look into the matter and get me my money (deducted balance) back.

i have been suffering from the balance deduction of my cell provider Airtel compony last two months, and have complained to their customer care centres but in vain they are not hedding even, not taking any proper action to solve the problem.
i am tired of facing such cheating, and lastly came to you to get justice of my complaint.
i am giving my recently complaint numbers given by customer care CBDCC[protected] dated 25.2.2011,and CBDAL[protected] dated 2.3.2011.

AirTel — fraud's of Airtel

Wrong amount decrement issue

airtel deduct 0.30 paise occasionally without any reason as we complaint return it , but how many time we look at the matter.

0.30 paise is very low denomination hence nobody cares, but its generate huge amount. Every hour and half and hour 0.30 paise deduct.

Since last 3 days I M instantly trying 121 and 198, but cant able to speak to customer care executive, they people smartly divert their ivr system, the message will hear at the end that "please dial *121# to activate or deactivate any service : which totaly illogical and illegal.

Most important no executive and officer giving proper response., even many times they simply disconnect the call and pretend that due network call got drop, which is not true
i receive call, but not legible and arrogantly disconnect the call

AirTel — Fraudulence

I have a complaint against airtel that they have been deducting money from my account for the services being activated which I never do, when I call the customer care they rarely behave properly as they are not bothered about their customers and always deny to refund the money. For some instances I ignored this however it has become a regular phenomenon with airtel, every now and then they activate some kind of service by themselves and deduct money. I am mighty upset with them and I know they hardly care about this. I am now going to change my subscriber and get Vodafone, even though I know they are also no different. I would request some organisation or government to take severe action against AIRTEL. Otherwise consumers like us will keep suffering. If airtel is least bothered they can check the details of my airtel no. [protected].

I am glad to see your acknowledgement on this, atleast AIRTEL is bothered to check the complaints, though I am not sure what kind of resolution will I get on this as even after getting your response the money has been deducted from my account once again for some stupid service being activated through Airtel Live which again I did not do. I am really hoping to see your response on this now.

rs 14 was deducted fromy account on 31 aug in night. I complaind about this, but they said that i started a plan for bollywood gossip, but i never did,nt do that... They all are fraud, airtel always find new tricks to cheat the custoumers and cust. Care cant give any type of helpful response. Now i want to portable my no., this airtel go to hell...

Sir this is Madan Barman I have a complain against some number .some calls from the number[protected] and[protected] told me that I had won Rupees five lakhs and ask me to recharge some of the given by them the number are; [protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protect... And I had recharge these around rupees ten thousand. Sir what should I do now to get back the money please help.

This request is regarding my landline connection of Airtel which I was using since last 2 years. I have shifted my place to my new place which is located in the same socity. Giving below the brife details for easy understanding of my last comunication held with Airtel customer care:--

I have a big big issue for shifting my connection on my new address.. So many complain's request's already login but my problem not solve till today. I am chasing since 5th Nov but thr is soluction for my problem. I even did not received a call from airtel to know how much i am miserable due to all following delay. I really want some one to see the complete story of my journey with airtel since i made first req for shifting:-
1- I made the req on 1st week of nov to shift my connection from old flat to new flat which is in the same socity.
2- I have informed my airtel that my new flat area is not suitable for airtel connection so shiffting will not be possible. Ok
3- I have informed by airtel that as area is not feasible so my connection will be disconnected. Pls mark Airtel said not me that connection will be DISCONNECTED.
4- after only 3 days I have meet a guy who was from Airtel it self came to my place and offered my new connection of airtel at my new home. Wow i got surprised and i inform him that i come to know that dis area is not suitable for conn so how u will offer. He said no i can gv u at your add in 3 days time even free of cost i[censored] want as u already have modem & all. I req again him to arrange my old conn only he denied for that.
4- I again inform cust care for this and my inspection of area re-arranged.
5- now dis time area got suitable for airtel. How dont know?
6- request again log in.. Person came for wring..done his job.. Again next day person came for dialtone did his job but wrong as he has given me wrong no dialtone which is still running with me what to do for that.
7- After all dis my work got stopped at suddenly i got a call from airtel that i have some overdue of amount 1365 rs and till the time dis will not be paid my connection will not be started as my incoming also stopped.
8- ok i have done payment even of rs 1300 but after that also till today my phone not working and massage coming temp out of order.
9- i got a call from airtel 2 days back that my servises has been started so incoming & outgoing will be started. But as advised that is still now started.
10- i made so many req compain but no one is thr to help me.
So now after dis long story for just a small thing to shift my connection pls advise what u will do i[censored] will be in my place. My servise is stopped since first week of nov what shd i do.. Pls i[censored] guys want me to come any whr for begging pls so let me know as my fault is only dis that i am a 2 years old customer of airtel.
