[Resolved] Airtel — Fraud in Online Recharge
I am using ICICI banking online recharge facility for online recharge on my AIRTEL prepaid mobile number [protected] (recharge of Rs 333) I am using this faclity for 1-2 years for recharging my mobile, today I did recharge of 333 Rs and was SHOCKED by seeing that my Account balance was not increased instead they added 333 Rs to Local Balance, Before Recharging my number I looked into the recharge options available through ICICI bank online recharge,
When I call customer care they talk to me in a very much un professional manner,and told me "Pehle Offers check karna tha, recharge kyun kiya", I have checked the Denomination options for Airtel Rechage from ICICI Bank Portal before recharging & Attaching the same. It says 333 Talktime in RS 333 Rechage, It never says that it will not increase the main Account balance.
I am trying AIRTEL customer care for the Last 1 hour and they are not picking my call... WHAT A PATHETIC BEHAVIOR?
Please do the needful so that this Fraud should be prevented.
