I have sent message to activate gprs ...But iam failed to connect it correctly...so i called to customer care and followed what all they said... But even then it got failed...And i tried to call them again...but not getting better service from AIRTEL I lost 15 rupees pre paid credit...but not able to access the service ...so please call to my number and solve my problem soon... I have applied for BSNL GPRS service under Plan 190 on 29th Nov/2007> The service is yet not provided and the bill against the said service has been charged. I have post paid connection having no: [protected] against which the service is requested. So, many times I have contacted Customer care service and also the BSNL exchange & Head Office Itanagar. I have cleared all the dues without using service. Should I go to consumer Court.

Our CUG connection totally disconnected due to non-payment of last month bill. The same bill was paid by us vide Ch.No.158645 Axis Bank dated 18.10.2008. The same was handedover through your Manager for Payment. Also we have given a Sim Misplaced complaint and we got the new card for the same no.
Kindly activate all your mobile phones immediately and the balance bill amount of our CUG for the month of Sep. 2008 will be paid before the due date of this month 30.10.2008.
Kindly take necessary action immediately.
