Airtel — NOT ACTIVATE MOBILE OFFICE SERVICE

What msg do you get while sending *567*1#?I doubt this isn't the msg code for kolkata bcoz you haven't got the 30p/50kb plan.Is it 999/- p.m plan there?it would be better to contact any Mobile Shop or Airtel Retailer .

Airtel ka gprs plan bahut kharab hai . Ishmein 30p/50kb le raha hai. Garib aadmi kaise use karega. Airtel to kewal amiro ke liye hai . Airtel bhale monthly charges-400/-rupies le le per ye 30p/50kb wala plan hata de hata de dhanyawad. - NAVEEN

Hello, myself vishal sharma and the GPRS services are not working on my mobile no. I tried to call airtel's CCE but they aren't ready to pay any heed to my service. My service request no is 30152504. Airtel's mobile office services are deteriorating now a days..what the heck??

I have recently purchased a nokia 6303 multimidia mobile . I want to surf the internet and access e-mail on this. I have activated the AirTel GPRS service, but I am unable to connect to internet. I have contacted AirTel helpline, but the call centre executive does not know about nokia 6303.

Can anybody here please help me configure GPRS on my phone. Also, what are the other options for accessing internet from my mobile?

this airtel sucks.they also deducted my 98 rupees for internet but did not give me settings. They told me that they don't have settings for my phone. I then asked them to return my 98 rupees. They refused to return my 98 rupees . I was not even able to deactivate by dialing *567# . . Now I have shifted to mtnl which is lot better, faster and ten times cheaper for surfing. Mtnl charges rupees 1 per mb or rupees 42 for monthly unlimited plan. I get actual speed of 100 kb per second using mtnl 3g .

Airtel — Mobile office is not deactivating

I am trying to deactivate airtel mobile office. I am sending sms dgprs to 121 but they send a reply service not available.
