I am a consumer of your gprs mobile services my mobile no is [protected]. There was no signal of gprs service from 02 mar 08 (night) to 05 mar 08 at my present resident PALTA , BARRACKPORE , 24 PERGANA NORTH WEST BENGAL. I rang to customer care on 03 mar morning ,customer care personnel told that it will get correct after one hour. again rang to customer care in ivening,they told that fault had been booked and it will rectified within 24 hrs. on 04 mar again rang to customer care and then they again booked fault and told that it will be serviceable withing 48 hrs. GPRS service started fuctioning on 06 mar 08 morning at my resident. once i am paying for 30 days and your gprs service were disturbed for 5 or 6 days every month particularly PALTA region. i am not satisfied with your service as i am paying for 30 days and getting 25 days service and also uncertainty of service. on 4 mar i was also charged for your customer care no call i.e. 121442 from my balance. u should reply my mail on my mail id. if i will not get reply i will going to quit from your service. it is not matter for u. but u should think i may be one of that lacs o[censored]nsatisfied cosumer.

1. I have three connection of AirTel. These are as [protected], [protected] and [protected]. I activated GPRS on my third one number i.e. [protected].
2. I am very sorry to inform you that most of the time when I try to talk with custor care regarding any problem, no one from customer care center attend the call. And call has been disconnected from the customer care side commenting that thank you for calling in customer care centre.
3. At present, I am getting too slow GPRS service. May I get any assistance from your side.
4. I would be greatful.
