[Resolved] Airtel GPRS — not working | |
i have activated gprs services on my airtel no. [protected], from last few days . from last 2 days it is not working. i had lodged several complaints to the customer care about the problem but no body listen.customer care says talk to gprs service centre, they people say talk to customer care, now the problem is that i am paying rs.300/- per month for this service, i.e.rs.10/- per day, today i.e. 03.10.2008., i talked to miss sonia in the airtel customer care, i said i[censored] cannot solve the problem close the service, she said ok the service will be deactivated, now my question is that being a customer my problem must be solved, i asked for the 2 days vavor, she says inreturn u are using the service, she talked to me badly and i want to ask is there any one who can listen to the problem of the customer. if the company is not providing the service the customer has the rigft to be given service properly or make the fun of the customer and it is not only me i am talking about the entyre customer who are facing the problem? i rase my question for better services from the company, my voice must be raised to the seniors of airtel in india. i am need of gprs services. My mobile number is [protected], I want to say that my mobile is not connect to the internet.while i try to connect message come "Packet data connection not available".I am facing this problem from yesterday 20/2/09.I call to 12121, but my problem is not solve.Please check, and solve my problem.I am using net on computer with USB data cabel on 10/- per day plan.

My airtel detacard prepaid number (Not Postpaid) is[protected], I want to say that my detacard is not connect to the internet.deta card dont found network singnal".Its problem in a particular place in Lakhisarai whole distict.outside Lakhisarai distict proprly good work my detacard, same problem with mobile office at mobile with all Lakhisarai airtel consumer.I am facing this problem from 08august2009.I call to 121, but my problem is not solve.My 1st complain number 773900, 9 august2009, second complain no[protected] on 12 August 2009, third complain no[protected] on 15 august 2009 and Last complain no[protected] on 18 august 2009.I talked assistent of nodel officer (BIHAR) miss sapana but dont resolve my problem.Please check, and solve my problem.I am using net on computer with AIRTEL USB data card on 498/- monthly plan.My alternet number [protected], [protected], [protected].
My name is ujjwal and my mobile no. [protected], the problem which currently i am facing is that i am unable to access GPRS(MOBILE OFFICE), i have found that i can connect internet when i am away from my home or in some other area, even i am couple of km away, no issues with that, but when back in my home every time i try to connect it says no gateway reply, i personally believe my settings and other things are perfectly okay except packet data signal, its like my mobile is trying to send signals but since there is no gateway( airtel connectivity)the signal cant be sent and received, and i get no gateway or time out error, i have called 121 after more than 10 calls and no solution, i have been directed to 12138(gprs issues)they checked and found that my settings is okay and they clearly told that we cant help as we deal with gprs settings, so please call 198(complains)i have called them they refused to take my complains first and they also told we take only complains, we don't solve it as our technicians will call you which never happened, which is something i don't appreciate, anyways a little push and they have accepted my complain and gave me deadline that's 15th of april, called them back on 15th, they told we are working on it and promised by senior dept guy name Mr. Anthony that he'll be calling me before 2:30 pm as usual of airtel instinct only hollow promises, anyways i cant call because top of it airtel blocked my no. and whenever i try to connect customer care, i hear a recorded voice commanding me to type AIRTEL and send it to 121 which is of no use.i only got fake promises, many absurd dates more than 20 reference and complain numbers nothing else no solution, after all this if its any other customer, he would have switched to vodafone or any other provider.

I am using Airtel 10/- per day deduction GPRS plan but new plan launched airtel 94 Rs per month plan I am activated but not working Company will missguide and totaly fraud plan I have lost my 100 Rs. in this plan
