Sir i am searching hello tune code of song "tum se hi" from movie jab we met but i am not get it . the site of airtel is very difficult to access, if you select hindi song option then also others song are highlited. so please try to sent me a code as early as possible

Dear SOD,

airtel is a very big name and a respected brand..but today i had the most unplesant experience ever with the customer care service...i made around 5 or 6 futile calls.

The executives there did not even bother to understand what my problem was.put me on a long and fruitless hold each time.i tried and tried to explain him what problem i was facing but the executive did not listen to me and finally hung up the phone...

i was left helpless...now if the C C E behaves the way he did..where shall i go to rectify my problem...Such unprofessional behaviour surely did no good to me...

Another problem is i keep on getting sales call from [protected] even months after i registered on DO NOT DISTURB list.

as i am very old customer of airtel mobile i am very much angry with your hello tune service by dialing 678 no it was very much time consuming to make customer fool to deduct the amount without giving any output.I lost about Rs.100 to get the caller song only if you really care about your customer services you give to your customer write way to download it.
