I am an about 4-year-old customer of your service. I used to be a happy customer's of yours which can be confirmed by many of my friends who r using airtel service only just because of my suggestion, but nowadays even I'm having a lot of problems with airtel like 'not reachable problem.' Your customer care is not responding satisfactorily. for one complaint I have to min 5-6 times with no good results.

I have been charged twice of a Java game which I had never downloaded.

I am regular user of Airtel from last 4 yrs.I am having complaint that even after i have taken lifetime card my line is been disconnected saying that atleast Rs.10/- should be balance in the card, & in customer care they give very bad answers.

I always have special regards towards AIRTEL. I dont have complaints but I hope the complaints has not come simply. There is a special attitude towards the AIRTEL among the customers. So dont disgrade their opinions. Please do the needful. As a customer and my loveliness towards AIRTEL I am giving this suggestion.
