As i am very old customer of airtel mobile i am very much angry with your hello tune service by dialing 678 no it was very much time cumsumeing to make customer fule to deduct the amount without giving any output. if you reallly care about your customer services you give to your customer write way to download it.

Have subscribed for hollo tune -Album: Mantras. It got changed automatically to cine song. I keep complaining to Airtel - 121 - since last 10 days. Except receiving complaint nos. and some phone calls, Airtel is not bothered to rectify the error.
Can Airtel look at the cusotmer complaints seriously and resolve the problem within 2/3 days.
I am one of the disappointed customer due to Airtel approach to customer complaints.
