[Resolved] Airtel Hyderabad — Using confidential numbers from customers bills | |
Dear Custome Care Executive, I have a mobile bearing no [protected].Its a prepaid connection with 1 year validity i.e., upto Feb08.When my balance is getting exhausted I went to a near by Airtel service Dealer at Kolata 4 days back and requested him to give a top up card of Rs110/=.But he said it is Rs120/=Then I said Ok and paid the money also.They had transferred thro their mobile and told me it was Successful.But till date the amount was not transferred and I am unable to operate it.When I tried to take up the matter with the local Airtel office thy initially said that within the next 8 to 11 hours we will get back to you with full details but never turned back.Today when I had taken up the matter with them ,they were telling me to Hyuderabad officei.e., on[protected].The number is providing only recorded services and it says no such number is in existence.What is all this.?Please let me know as to what has happened to my balace and how to get my mobile operationalised? I want to Unsubscribe from www.tashan.co.in. I click on the link o Download Free Wallpaper. Then it asked my Cell No. I put t by mistake and I put my No. I verification code delivered to my cell. I just put the no on the webpage. I found 20-rupees was deducted two times from my pre-paid balance. Now there is no option on www.tashan.co.in to unsubsribe this service.
i am trying somany times to 57775 to unsubscribe DIGCAM but error will come.
i also want to stop my WAP services on my mobile.

i had a plan of family and friends.but on july 1st i deactivated that but in july 1st evening you cut an amount of 25/- rs from my amount.i am not satified with your custmercare number.what is the exact number for andhra pradesh 121 is not working.

i have a callertune right now but iam not getting the callertune of my wish.as this airtel is a very gud and a huge network it should have all the songs under the customer satisfaction.the callertune of my choie is priyathama na hrudayama from movie prema (telugu). my no is [protected]

Hope this complain works out cant get LTE 4G on Note 3... which is a 4g phone an airtel does not have settings of apns..
If you call 121 they r saying go to nearest airtel outlet they will fix it.. When I go airtel store they r saying go to samsung service center. ..
When I went samsung service center they are telling airtel should provides settings for LTE 4g...
