[Resolved] Airtel — Poor Signal
I am using Airtel prepaid from 2003 onwards and now we all our family members are possessing FIVE airtel numbers. In our area (KALPAKKAM) earlier signal was very much good. Because of that we have got one by one (total Five pre-paid sims) airtel pre-paid sims to avail add-on and other facilities.
For the past 10 months we are experiencing about poor signal. In this connection, I have made complaints to Chennai Nodal authority and Tamilnadu Appellate authority etc. Their reply was simple. The signal has been verified and it is good, PL TRY WITH OTHER HANDSET. The reply irritates to us. We have all brands of costly mobiles (NOKIA, SAMSUNG, SONY, ORION). How they can simply say to change the hand set.
We are ready to buy the hand sets provided by airtel which captures full signal in my residence. My budget is upto 10,000 per set. Will Airtel give me a handset to me with full signal???????
In this connection, I would like to move to Consumer court. If you help me by guiding me, how to proceed to consumer court.
