Airtel — Video club was not deactivated on my mobile number | |||
I am saranga satapathy my mobile number is [protected](airtel) was activated automatically for video club and i had deducted 25 rs every day 15/ for that i complained to costomer care still i did n't deactived from it.i got the msg on 21 aug 2011 like this "dear user,your video club service will renewed in 2day and you will be charged 30 rs for 7day.to unscribe click on the below adress http://203.115.112.5/muc/default.aspx?route=unsub/ i tried a lot but i didnot deactivated from that. What is the solution for this problem?
