Airtel — Not Responding and Not valuing

Dear Sir,

Am A customer of Airtel from 2007.From last 3 months am facing very much problem with airtel and customer care peoples. I have called on 17th march at 6:50pm for my problem that is in my account there is 35ps by using this am unable to call to any mobile, am aving second/Paisa pulse so i have called to customer care 198 reg. This the person Mehaboob has said In account there must be 1 Rupee Should maintatin but with 35ps i have given missedcall to one no at 1:47pm on 17th march i thought i can give miss call with this amount so when am having urgent i have called another no at 6:00pm on 17 th march but its not connected. I have faced very much problem so ihave called to customer care 198 after talking with mehaboob he has forwarded to supervisor but its not connected i waited for 2 mints and disconnected i repeated this 3-4 times and spoken with Anasuya also but same reply from customer care. When am trying to call once again to customer care they are suddenly changed the pattern to call *121# and once again i have called to 198 but same problem
