[Resolved] Airtel — No Meaning for SLA
I have raised the address shift request for the telephone number[protected] on 17th September, so far not got any update. I called customer care on 21st they promised it will will be done on same day evening. Again when I called they put me in long hold and confirmed as they don’t have feasibility. The new address next floor they have airtel connection still I am not able to understand why it can’t be done? Also this should be communicated to be with in 3 days. Now I have wated another 3 days.
