[Resolved]  Airtel Live — hungama content games

this is totally a mess...wat d hel is dis hungama content game??...i ve nt even browsed airtel live and i ve been charged rs. 95 fr downloading a game which i dont evn know...like d above made complaints, i too m betrayed...is dis wat a big company like airtel is intended to do to get their employees paid??...please help me!

i also got the same message n my money is gone... Have been calling 121 but guess d robbers r out of town... Since the line is not been forwarded to them.. I have also decided not to use any airtel number or any other service provided by them henceforth... If they cant sell their products they force us to buy it... Bad service

Hungama content game, hello tune rental, fame on game...regularly getting debitted with Rs.30, 10... This is a nuisance.. I have not registered for any of those... day light robbery... Regards Balakrishna

The same is story for my mobile...For last 3 to four months it is the same thing. weekly one i rcv the message. I have given complaint to 121 of Andhra Pradesh, they call back and say it is resolved and you will not rcv any more but unfortunatly again in three days i rcv the same. i am fed up of this...

Same thing happened with me also, I have recvd msg "thank you for downloading
hungama content games from airtel live. you
have been charged 99 rupees." And I have not even use Airtel Live.

my name ravi verma and my number is [protected]. i received a couple of msgs in which "hungama content game from aitel live download..." on my number n deduct 99Rs two times.but i didn't use ever any kind of service like this.so kindly check and refund my balance of Rs198.thanku

My name is Aman Arora and my number is [protected]. i faced the same problem. Got two SMSes from Hungama Content Games from Airtel, charged Rs 99 and 35 respectively, Exactly what was the balance left in my phone.I called 10 times to customer care but they dint answer properly. I want my money refunded and expect no such problem in future.

I'm also having the same problem with Airtel. They charged me Rs 99. for downloading hungama content game, and again around 17 messages at Rs 5 per sms relating to this. i.e around Rs.180 in my previous bill cycle. I have no idea what happened. I contacted the CCE, but he had no idea of stopping it. He told that it was because of some service message settings in my phone, but he could not pinpoint it or help me in stopping it.
This is a problem related to airtel only. Its a very bad thing. I am an Airtel customer for the last 5 years. Problems like these have put a question mark on this relation. I hope that Airtel will solve this for me very soon.
