Respected Sir / Madam Last time i have filed complaint on costumer forum and i got call from Airtel and they were assuring me regarding Solution of Dth problem, But after approximate 8 days my dth problem is not resolve. The person who assured me(Airtel Representative), some of them are not responding Like there Territory sales Manager and some of them talking with me attitude like i am there employee or responsible for all this happened Plz any concerned authority look the matter.. Airtel — Problem Not Resolve and Engineer behavior are wrong
Dear SirI have complaint regarding the Airtel Service, we had launch a complain on monday to airtel customer care,
engineer are came on monday and he see the phone line, and he also dead my second airtel line also.
i think he did not to able this job. and airtel have no any service engineer who resolve the problem.
my phone line are also dead right now, so i am very angry with airtel service,
so plz do something and resolve my problem immediately

i am not able to view discovery channel since last 6 months every time guys on ph telling me its in my package and some time its not in my package!! again now a days not able to view national geographic channel for which i had taken DTH connection.
even after getting local service number they are refusing to provide service at my city its tal. place.
now mailing to possible email ids about this issue. so airtel guys will take attention on this issue. else have to shift to other service provider.
if some from airtel team reading this post have a look on my last list of calls about same issue. my customer id is [protected]

I HAD AROUND 4-5 DAYS BACK SMS TO AIRTEL DTH ABOUT THE HD TOP UPS. I RECD MESSAGE INSTANTLY ON MY MOBILE REGARDING THE PROCESSING WILL BE DONE SHORTLY.
SUBSEQUENTLY MY TOP UP OF RS.40/- WAS SUBSTRACTED FROM MY DTH ACCOUNT.
MY AIRTEL DIGITEL ACCOUNT NO IS. [protected]. TILL TODAY THEY HAVE NOT ADDED THE HD TOPUPS. EVEN AFTER PAYING THEY JUST DO NOT EVEN BOTHER TO PHONE ME OR E-MAIL ME THE PROBLEM/SOLUTION. ARE THEY LISTENING. IF NOT, I HV TO CHANGE THE DTH SERVICE PROVIDER.

don't buy airtel DTH . each and everyday they are changing the satellite position and charging 100Rs for dish realignment. airtel dth is worst customer service. airtel dth service engineer are also don't know how to behave with customer. airtel dth compliant also waste they wont take any action to resolve the problem. airtel dth service engineer it self telling to me register complaint about me i know how to hide the complaint.
I HAVE ONE AIRTEL DTH CONNECTION. LAST 15 DAYS AGO I TAKE NEW MULTI CONNECTION OF DTH ON SAME ID. BUT FROM THE DATE OF INSTALLATION SET TOP BOX OCCURS SOME PROBLEM. IT HANGS SEVERAL TIMES A DAY. MANY TIMES I MAKE A COMPLAINT CALL.BUT THEIR IS NO RESPONSE FROM AIRTEL. BUT NOW THEY ARE SAYING THEY GIVE ME OLD SET TOP BOX (REPAIRED).I PURCHASE NEW CONNECTION AND IT HAS PROBLEM FROM THE DATE OF INSTALLATION SO I WANT NEW SEALED PACK SET TOP BOX OTHERWISE I WANT MY MONEY BACK. PLEASE HELP ME.

I recently shifted my home and a technician was called in for Un-installation where i paid 250rs and the guy removed the dish/cable and informed me, after shifting my home i was supposed to give it to the techenician who visits my new home for installation.
The Tech at my new home came in and just installed the Dish but the cable which he was supposed to install(Airtel), he just installed local cable which was wall mounted already and took 300rs. He also informed me that i will get good signal and there will be no problem in using the local cable.
Now the issue is will the Local cable.
I am unable to receive signals for few channels where the customer service says that the issue is due to the local cable.
I requested CC to send tech but the said they will charge me 150rs again due to local cable issue.
Moreover the CC reps to whom i spoke were very rude to me. they have closed my complaint number as Resolved.
Why should i pay to Airtel for their fault and Should i continue using Airtel DTH????

This is Kiran.I have Contacted Airtel customer care for new HD + connection. The customer care executive told me offer of South value sports package with 17 HD channels including Gemini TV HD for 24 months and I have paid Rs 7050.
After activation only 16 HD channels are coming but Not the Gemini tv HD as they told earlier.
So I have contacted again they told this only 16 HD channels only. How cheaply they are behaving Before activation one package and after activation one package.

If an appointment is fixed it should be done and I have been given an appointment for more than 10 times.. I have canceled all my other works and was waiting for the whole day for the past 2 days and also on 31st Oct 09.. This is not fair..
If this could not be done their people could have told me and I would have gone for someother provider and I would not have lost the money..
I have given them a mail too and no response for that..
What could be done??
