Dear Sir, Your Airtel mobile service in Itanagar is worst. It is painful to say that after your heavy/exaggerated advertisement, your services to innocent consumers is nothing but cheating. TRAI should impose heavy penalty/action for the service you are rendering to us. your service is good only in deducting bills on drop calls.
