hello and good evening everybody.my name is rajdeep singh.i have ported from vodafone to airtel a month ago in my city.everything went fine.i got services well till 20 days and after that my sim is made out of service as they ask for resubmission of documents. i went to the retailer and submitted it again.the airtel official guys who collected my documents also sighned it and took it.but my sim is yet not active its almost 15 days . the distributor is called many a times by the retailer he always says it will be done by tomorrow its my most important official number!! i need help . the retailer gave me the number of that distributor and i called him but still the problems remains my airtel number where am facing the problem is - [protected] distributor number is - [protected] i would really appreciate if anybody help me out am in serous trouble Was this information helpful? | |||

Had a connections in Airtel prepaid and i tried to change my Service provider to tata docomo(Which is FAR BETTER than AIRTEL in sevice). But after submitting the necessary documents to tata docomo with the Portal number, today i received a message that your request was cancelled by AIR TEL. When i contacted AIRTEL Customer care, they put me on hold for 15 min(more than 5 times and they charge 0.50 /3 min FOR THEIR USELESS SERVICE). Even after waiting so long, no one is bother to attend the call and it gets disconnected automatically......

sir i have been using airtel from past 3 years but owing to the poor services i thought of switching to tata docomo and for that i have submitted my documents atleast around 10 times but there has been no response from airtel even i tries to contact airtel customer care executives but they are giving absurd reason for not entertaining my request for MNP .I have got fed up with airtle and i m thinking of taking legal action against them .From past 2 month they are harassing and giving mental torture to me .

I applied for port out from Airtel on 8th April 2011.on 9th april i got call from Airtel requesting me to continue in their network. They did not follow TRAI guidelines regarding MNP. They sent an SMS on 20.04.11 but did not mention the reason for rejection. After trying alot on 25.04.11 i could find the reason for rejection.when i sent a message for UPC on 26.04.11, i did not get the code but balance was deducted from my account. There is no action on this issue even after 24Hrs of giving complaint.This is Airtel is cheating the customers throughout the country. To my surprise, i don't know how they are claiming themselves as no.1 network in india(may be in cheating). I request all the Airtel customers to come out of the network.

I have requested for Mobile portability on 28th Apr 2011 with MNP # ID331478.I have provided all related documents along with MNP form . But not received any communication as of now. I have co ordinate with My previous cellular service (Idea), they have confirmed nothing is pending at our end . Pls help to activate the Airtel number ASAP. As i need to go to out of Delhi and don’t want to carry another number mean while.
The surprise thing is Airtel executive who came to me, said that u will get call and message from Airtel. But I have not received any communication neither through call nor SMS.
Pls look in to the disconnect.

AirTel — MNP AIRTEL
Dear Sir,My name is Abhishek saha and my number is [protected]..As your network deducted Rs 150 while i was in roaming and activated all the useless services at my number.That why i had done mobile number portability onn date[protected] from Airtel to Idea and my port id AK878515.but it has been last 15 days my number wasn't convert to idea.And your network block my SIM. As i told to retailer for the following interruption he suggest me that Airtel is not allowing you for converting your respected number to IDEA cellular Service.
Therefore sir i am requesting you for taking necessary action within a day.

My name is B.Nataraja sharma and my number is [protected]..As waste BSNL service.That why i had done mobile number portability onn date[protected] from bsnl to airtel and mY ID...BA842536. and i was same the day submited requier, proofs and form.i got one airtel sim from ram celluler ( WARANGAL AIRTEL SHOW ROOM.) on[protected] bsnl my sim blocked.i was insert airtel simon[protected]. sim showing, invalid. igave no of compliants, to airtel custmore care 125 & 121.but no use.when i call some customer executives will tell the status will updated today or tommorow, some will tell they can't see any update on my no, pls visit nearest airtel office..So i have visited Airtel office 20times.n...o...u...s...e. i think airtel also following to bsnl...
My Mobile no is [protected]. i completed all the formalities on 14 May, 2011 to the Airtel Relationship Center with Rs. 272 cash deposit to mygrate my number [protected] from Post Paid to Pre Paid. But customer care Initially given 48 Hr time. Now given again 23-May-2011. Now give again 24 Hours. Some times customer care calling that plan is not available, some time calling tihs policy not exist. But I written 6 times ( by mail) still it is not implemented. Please help me.
AirTel — MNP ISSUE
I am trying to port out my number- 91-[protected](Chennai) from Airtel from last 11th April 2011 but not able to move out from them.Every time they say one or the other thing like( MNP pack is activated, port no got expired, contractual obligation, did not spoke with customer care guy after port out request were raised).
