But Airtel ARC and customer care don't get me out from Airtel. They called me numbers of time for additional discount offers and etc.. But airtel not process my MNP port-out request.. They took almost 15days. So, please get me out from this problem as soon as possible. Thank you.
Its really not happening, I have applied for MNP from TATA Docomo to Airtel. I went to airtel office and submitted all the required docs and they told me that SIM will be ported to airtel with in 7 working days, Now its been almost 1 month but still no update. I called in airtel office they are telling that ur form has been dispatched from here and call to customer care for further updates but customer care another headache they are saying that they didnt get any form for MNP for my nimber - [protected] and go to airtel ofc where u have submitted the form.

No way to go..Hell with it. Please help if possible.

HE TOLD ME THAT NO. WILL BE PORTED IN 4 DAYS.
BUT TILL NOW 2 MONTHS HAS BEEN PASSED BUT NO PORTING HAS BEEN DONE.

AIRTEL EXECUTIVE NOS. IS [protected] & [protected].
I HAD ALSO ASKED TO REFUND MY MONEY BUT NO RESPONSE FROM THEIR SIDE.
I am trying to port from air-tel since 2 months !!! but all effort's in vain..?? air-tel does it intentionally to stop loosing costumer, they make u mad following them..[protected]
MAINE APNA NUMBER PORT KE LIYE SMS KIYA TO KUCHH SAMAY KE BAAD AIR TEL SE CALL AAYA APP KE SAMASYA KA SAMADHAN KAR DIYA JAYEGA 72 GHANTHE KE ANDAR AAP KA CALL RATE A TO A 10 PAISE MINUTE HO JAYEGA MAGAR AAJ TAK NAHI HUA CUSTOMER CARE MERE NO. SE LAGTA HI NAHI HAI.
Dear Team,

My name is Jay Patidar, I sent a request to port my current
aircel number [protected] to Airtel network because of coverage
issues in aircel. I submitted all documents on 29th june 2013 at
Airtel Regional Head Office - Bangalore, 55 Divyashree Towers,
Bannerghatta Rd, near Jayadeva Hospitaland and the porting code
was DX596648 which was generated on 22nd june 2013 and it
was going to expire on 7th July 2013.

That concern person told that within 7 days my number will be ported to
airtel network if not you will get a update or call at your alternate number which one given by me in request form, but i didn't get any call regarding this and my number also not yet ported to airtel network.
I have submitted my documents three times to port from aircel network to airtel network but everytime
i am not getting any updates and number also not yet ported.

Now i am a working proffessonal and can't go everyday to regional office so i tried to call
that regional office contact number but they are not picking the call also.

so please do the needful.
I Ported my number ([protected]) from Docomo and submitted my documents to be ported on 1st July 2013, on the same day I had written to the the customer care, nodal office and appellate officer, about the porting and also mentioned them that I cannot be out of the network as I get very important calls, I received a call from Airtel assuring that there will not be any disconnection. On 4th July, a physical address verification was done by airtel executive at 10:25am. But since 8th July I am out of the network and I have been loosing the Job interviews and offers. Recently I lost a job offer for not attending the call. I had negotiated a ctc of 25 lakhs. It was a final round with the company chairman.

When I wrote several mails continuously everyday to 121, nodal appellate & Ombudsman. I heard nothing from 121 & nodal & ombudsman, out of the blue the appellate writes back to me with the procedures of MNP but no solutions provided.

Later after writing them to go through the mail thread once again before writing back to me, they asked me the details of the documents submitted, to whom, who picked up, who called you, and all [censored]s.

P.S. I can be contacted on 0-[protected] (my temp number)

Hi,
Myself Amit Chauhan.
I wanted to port in to Airtel network, for this I gave reguest to ARC, sector-3 Rohini delhi -110085 near M2K rohini on 19th july 2013
Today its 3August 2013 and still my number is not ported in.
I called airtel customer care, they firstly put me on hold, and then disconnected the call. on calling again i asked to talk to some senior representative, again they put me on hold and disconnected the call. third time i was informed that they have not yet received any request of porting in.
I mean, how can this be possible ??? i submitted my documents and fee not to a retailer but directly to ARC, sector-3 rohini delhi-110085 near m2k rohini.
Is this a way to treat a customer who wants to join your network ??
I have reciept as well as sim card issued to me on 19th july 2013.
Please kindly look into the matter.
Also try and keep well trained customer care people, who dont disconnect your call, as its not free, also i was calling using some other network, still they put you on hold for several minutes and then disconnect!!! this is not acceptable at all...
I have applied MNP from tatadocomo to Airtel. I Produced the documents[protected] but the airtel office didnt activate my sim still now.
