Airtel — non providing of MNP code
Respected Sir,I am user of Prepaid No. [protected] of AIRTEL. This companny's services are not upto mark. I want to change service provider. I have send 3 times SMSs to 1900 [PORT [protected]], every time company dedcuted Rs. 1 as SMS charges but till date it has not provided me MNP code. also there is no satisfactory response from their customer care. please help me to solve this problem as am suffering from this problem since last 5 days.

Iam JK. Iam using the number of [protected]. In my mobile film stars blogs coming from december, 2011. But i donot asking these type of services and not registered. I do not want any kind of services.This mails coming with the number of 55563 and 655 serial numbers. Please stop the Airtel these type of messages as early as possibel. I consult the 121 services but no use. When i recharge the mobile, then the amount was deducted. Every message deduct Paise 10. Please ignore the messages and stop.

Airtel is such a worst network when it comes to porting out a number from their network. one has to run from one end to another end to get it done. Even though no result. the more u contact cust care execs they disconnecting the calls midway. i[censored] keep calling them, they simply divert ur call to automatic telling machine. i hav experienced the similar problem. i hav applied for no. portablility on 14th of march. After 7 days i called them enquire the status but in vain. they keep telling the stories. One of their supervisors asked me to resubmit my documents. And as per insistence i took time off to resubmit the documents. But no result. i think i have called them umpteen no of times. every time i call them they come up with new stories. Finally when i spoke to the supervisor he told me that my request was not processed and told me that i hav sent them the cancel msg which i never sent and when i declined he asked me to start from the scrap bcoz the validity of the upc code was expired. The interesting thing is when i spoke to their executives regarding the expiry date 2 days b4 the actual expiry date they assured me that it is applicable as long as u submitted the documents. My sincere advice to u all is to register a complaint with '' ;' or u can visit '' airtel.in/airtelpresence and narrate ur problem. And this is the high time the authorities concerned(TRAI) to look into the matter and take stringent action against the Airtel Network for causing inconvenience to the customers.
