Dear Sir, any update regarding complain because i not able to use my Internet connection and i am also not able to contact customer care. when i recharge my connection it is deduct amount automatically. kindly provide me resolution time. I think Your team is just waste of my time, why you people not provide solution on E-mail .
If complain is lodge By E-mail than why are a single persion not come on E-mail .
your nodal office, applent office & customare care all are sleeping, nobody have time to speak or write a single line, when complain logde time is around a month .
It is enough .

Complain lodge on date 23/06/2011 with nodal officer, more then one week there is no update,
kindly tell me how much time is require .
