i am Dr Ashok kumar, my phone number is [protected] , i am an airtel customer since 2004, using a prepaid card.
complaint: sudden deduction of rs 282 from my balance,
sir i have called the customer care people and registered a complaint regarding sudden deduction of amount (rs 282 ) from my balance and i have neither used mobile office nor opted for any new service.. complaint no [protected].. i was told the exact cause for the above issue is not known and was promised rectification within 48 hours..
2 have passed and no feedback either from the the technical people or the customer care people came.. and once again called back to cus care ..
this time a gentleman named rudhramorthi(tech head on duty on 8.12.2010) spoke and is tellin u have used mobile office for 2 hours and that has caused the amount deduction.. which IS TRUELY UNFAIR . the reply was not at all satisfactory and irritating.. no one there knows wat exactly wat is going around ..

the responce to my complint was handled poorly.. which reflects the bad quality of the people woking there and the MANAGING DIRECTOR 'S poor administration..


i am FEELIN BAD AND SHAMEFUL in using this airtel network because of few unprofessional people sitting there..

kindly take this as an issue and see to tat necessary actions are taken.

airtel mere account se paise chura rahi hai. bina kisi karan se, har baar customer care kehta hai aapke sath galat huya hai par paise wapsa nahi kerti hai. jayada kehane pe 121 pe custumer care se bat kerna hi band ker deti hai. fir bar ba 121 pe sms kerte raho. kuchh nahi hota hai. mein kanha complain karu jis se kuchh suvai ho?
ye ek bahoth bada scam ho sekta hai main akela nahi hun jinke sath aisa hotha hai. paise walle log hai kuchh bhi ker sakte hai. peechle 3 months mein mere 300 se jyada paise gayb huye hai

Airtel Prepaid — charges incurred without informing

This is Kaushal Pathak.... I have a Airtel's prepaid card.I am using it from over an year now.On Februray 27, 2008 an amount of Rs 25 was dedcuted from my account and when I called up the Airtel Customer care.....it was a horrible service..After waiting for a long time when the call got connected they told me that it was connected because of activation of service... you have to deactivate that I asked him when did it get activated he has no answer and said "Airtel mein call karne k liye dhanyvaad"

I again made a call this time they said their system is not working and again the same punch line.....

I again made a call that person said that I have enabled voice mail... and gave me a number to call. when I called instead of dectivation I was charged again....

On a whole it was bad expereince.....bad service...only thing I want to say that Airtel is a big FRAUD.... they do not know to treat with the customers.....they cheat their customers.They do not know how to behave with their customers...


Through this channel I only want to say that please take an action on this...this is very harrasing for the customer... we are paying for our services and then they are treating their customers like this....

If this is the way you will keep on behaving very soon you will loose all ur customer base

Airtel Prepaid Card — Wrong deduction of balance by airtel

Dates 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14/04/2008 my balance deducted by 15Rs daily while I am not using GPRS service or any sheme

AirTel — Deduction of Money from balance without any reason

On the date 22nd july, Some balance has been deducted from my Prepaid mobile (no-[protected]) at arround 12:04 PM. without any prior information. I have inquired from the customer care, but different reasons i got from them at different point of time. Some time they had cutted the phone also. Even the complaints number also they are not sending.

I am having airtel Patiala card, my amount of 10 rs directly got deducted without any reason my cell no is [protected] amount debited on Friday 26 August still i have not being credited by that amount.
Please check it immediately.
I have neither applied for using subscription Text Based Services subscription services on Airtel WAP nor I want to use the same. I have been charged Rs.10/- per day for the last three days which is unfair and wrong practice. Please disconnect Airtel WAP immediately and wave off the charged.

i never used it's services but still being chrged for this, rupee 10 per day.
i get a message daily that
"Thanks for using(subscription, text based services) subscription service on Airtel Wap.you have charged Rs. 10.Enter Fun Zone http://igmobi.com"

i want to get rid of this.
please help me and stop it's subscription by tonight.

Today is 16th Dec.09. Day before yesterday, I received a phone call from Airtel that my Hallotune about to activate for 90days and it will be charged Rs. 60/- and also advised me to recharge the phone so that the amount can be charged. I immediately replied that no need to activate the HT. The caller said O.K. But surprisingly I received a SMS from Airtel that my HT has been renwed and naturally Rs. 60/- has been deducted from my ballance.Most surprisingly I got anothore sms within few hours that my HT has been deactivated on the basis of my request over phone. To day I again received a sms from Airtel that my HT has been renwed and similerly Rs. 60/- has been charged. Now, my question that, how my HT has been renewed without my consent and why Rs. 60/- has been charged? and on 14th Dec. after charging Rs. 60/- why my HT has been deactivated? I think this unathical and injustice to a customar. Please take necessary action and do the needfull at your earliest otherwise every Airtel customer will loss their faith from the company. Hope you will treate the complaint seriously and will solve the problem and you are alos requested to kindly send a mail regarding the action.

Airtel Prepaid — Money deducted without any cause

My mobile number is [protected] and i had a recharge of Rs.120 on 1st april on this number. After this i called customer care, then they provide me a complain no. viz[protected]. I was told that i would get a call by 7th april. But no one called, then i visited my nearest head office of airtel of Bihar. There I'm being told that now due to some reasons I would get call on 12th april. I'm feeling so bad about the haziness of the company. Please help me!!!

As for my airtel prepaid connection, whenever i made a call after cut down some incoming calls then the call have been process without any voice or ringing if that opposite guy have attend also there is no voice.
But they are deducting the amount from my balance .I had already complaint but they are not responding correctly.This problem not only for me all of them in our city majorly.Please give me reliefs from this burden of causing problem sir.

I am using Airtel prepaid connection from last four days. Yesterday night(02/01/11) my prepaid balance was Rs. 48.00 but when i check it in the Monday morning on 3/1/10, it was Rs 0.05. dear sir,

i am new customer in airtel porting from Vodafone Because of their Bad service. Airtel is the widest network service provider in india and having better customer service.
But i am facing vey bad service from their side. i have never been activate any kind of service in my mobile but airtel twice deduct my balance said that your cricket pack is activated, one day they deduct my Rs 25/- saying that u have install java game but i hd never install any kind of game, after complain in airtel gallery they refund my money and they gurrented me that they activated DND sevice in my Mobile No. but still problem is same. again i call to your customer care but your person treated me very badly and no satisfactin answer given to me.
Kindly attain my problem and do the needfull. else Airtel will lose many customer in ground of poor service

Airtel Prepaid — Deduction of amount without any reason

After about 5 days of my complaint. I received a call from Airtel (Mr. Dinesh). Once again I had to narrate the whole story to them once again. I told them that without any reason Rs. 100 was deducted from my prepaid account. After a long wait I was informed that it was for 100 minutes free talk time that I had requested for. This is totally lie since I have never asked for a free talk time recharge. Neither did I ask for nor did I get Rs. 100 free talk time. I did not even receive any message informing about the Rs. 100 free talk time being alloted to me. This is ridiculous. But the person from Airtel consistently informed me that I had requested for Rs. 100 free talktime recharge, which is not true. I have asked for all the details through email, to which he as promised. I doubt very much that he would send it to me. I think I need to look for other means of getting my money back. I anyone knows kindly let me know.
