Airtel Mobile Prepaid — wrong deduction of balance

sir i have not done any paid games download from my mobile but AIRTEL have deducted inr 50.00 from my mobile @ 5.40 pm on 7th July 2013 so please return my amount as i have not even use this service , but when i dial customer care no body is lifting the phone after deducting the prescribed .50 INR for 3 min ,
but as per govt policy the complaint should lodge @198 without any charge, but the airtel is deducting the amount and not connecting to any customer care persons , this is also illegal

Airtel Prepaid Account — Wrong deductions daily

I have 2 Airtel mobile connections:

My first mobile number is [protected]. I have not subscribed to any service and yet I am being deducted Rs. 3/- everyday as charges for "VAS service"??? Please immediately look into this and stop these deductions. If this is a way of getting the customer to forcibly re-charge the life-time account, please be informed that I will be cancelling both my Airtel numbers and subscribing to another service provider.

My second mobile number is [protected]. The SMS facility is not working in this. Everytime I have an important message to send, it never goes. This is happening for nearly a month now (as on 19-Jun-09).

Please immediately look into the above 2 problems and also let me know if I can avail of free-calls between my 2 Airtel numbers as this facility is there in another network provider. Otherwise, like I said earlier, I will have to cancel your service. I am not willing to pay unjustified amounts to Airtel !!

AirTel — Wrong Deduction.

I have been using Airtel Prepaid for over 3 years(from Nov'06), My Mobile No [protected](WB) and also using Airtel GPRS (MO) from same date. I have no problem till last day[protected]. On 2-8-2009 I get a message from 6461150 that "Thanks for downloading JavaGames from Airtel Live WAP Service. You've been charged Rs. 50. Enjoy http://igmobi.com" .

Last day I brows "wapin.in" for download free theme through "MO", but not entered into games link. After getting this sms I call 121, Customer care representative told me that last day u use Airtel Live and download a game from Airtel Live. For using Airtel Live we are unable to refund your balance(Rs.50).

I confirm that I am not using Airtel Live in more than 1 year(Because I have MO).


If possible please know me the real reason for my deduction & also refund my Balance(Rs.50).

AirTel — Deducting amt on service not asked for

I am using Airtel prepaid connection since long.No is [protected]. From last two days, I am receiving "Thoughts of the Day". and Rs 3/= per sms is being deducted from my balance.I have never asked for this service.Customer care executive is not available on 121.
Pl. arrange to stop this service and refund the amount deducted .

I have tried to used yahoo calling voice. When I tried to call a number it never connected and was chargerd. Scams and rip offs.
Rs 20 is deducted from my account illegally...
I got a sms telling that with an addon of rs. 65 i shall get local airtel to airtel at 35p per min. after recharging i didn't get anything. when contacted with customercare they r saying that there was no such offer, another chap is saying that it is diferent offer, and still another chap convinced that my rs.65 will be refunded within 24hrs; but nothing has happened yet.

i want my hard earned money back. Is this their ethic tocheat customers. very poor show

air tel mobile — Wrong deduction of Amount

Today I have received a SMS for activation of Hello Tune by Air tel which I have not subscribed on my Mobile No [protected].

I immediately tried to STOP the services and send a STOP to 121.

But by that time Rs30.00 was deducted from my account, I spoke to Customer Care Executive her name is Shubhangi, but she is saying it will be not be refunded, I don't even know how they have got this hello tune activated without my knowledge, but they are saying that I have activated this service. Please guide.

Airtel Prepaid — Unjustified deduction of charges

I want to speak to somebody sensible enough to understand what a customer is trying to say.I spoke to your customer care executives on 28 and 29 September,2009 as also with one Mr. Piyush who is supposed to be a Supervisor who dont care about what a customer is trying to say If a supervisor also gives stereophonic answers like ' We can not do anything.' whom should we speak to? I want refund of my money deducted by Airtel without my opting for services.Can somebody speak?

airtel prepaid company — wrong account balance deduction

with Due respect i sarita kumari ,daughter of shree R.C.P Yadav, Sec-12/C, Qr.no- 1154, Bokaro Steel City(Jharkhand) n my airtel number is [protected]. on[protected] wrong amount has been deducted 6 rupees and 40 paise at the time of 4.24 am. after that i called to customer care then i got my money refund, coz according to him wrong amount has been deducted. but again my money has been deducted on[protected]. this time 39 rupees has been duducted. after that i tried to calld customer care but my customer care number has been locked. i was not able to make call to customer care.then i called to mr.sharik raja on his mobile on[protected] at 10.30. n his mobile no[protected]. i said to him that my 39 rupees has been deducted n also my customer care no. has been locked. then he said to me that ISD call has been done by ur mobile but i didn't make ISD call. now i m perplexed from the all side.That's why i am lodging the complain to ur company. i requested to look after my case consider this case as soon as possible. n refund my balance n unlock my customer care no.

Airtel prepaid mobile — Downloading Charges

Dear Sir,
I am using prepaid service of Airtel and my mobile number is [protected]. I had not opted for internet connectivity on my mobile. However a private message had been forwarded by Airtel on 07/10/2009 and when it was opened it downloaded a webpage deducting Rs.30/- from my prepaid balance. Request your kind intervention on this issue.

I am not select any ringtone. but, it is selected automatically and deduct the balance wrongly and cricket score also sent the message and deduct the balance. So, please stop the ringtone and return my balance. I think this is verry cheating. Don't do like this.

AIRTEL - Value Added Services — Forcible deductions and No access to cust care

FOLLOWING ARE THE PRINCIPLE COMPLAINTS OF AIRTEL AND THEY ARE DOING THIS WHITE COLLAR CRIME FOR SEVERAL YEARS:

I wish to complaint against Airtel Hello Tunes services.

I have consciously not subscribed to any Hello Tunes and an amount of Rs.30/- has been deducted from my balance. I wanted Airtel to refund this amount so lodged a complaint ([protected]) after immediatedly unsubscribed to this service as soon as I saw there mail on my "in box" on 14-Nov-09.

After some tough talking with cust care my money of Rs 30/- credited back into my account. BUT WHAT ABOUT THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE WHO ARE UNAWARE OR WHO DO NOT KNOW THE PROCEDURE...? THIS AIR TEL IS LOOTING THE CITIZENS LIKE THIS AND THERE SHOULD BE PROPER ACTION AND LAWS TO AVOID THESE TYPE OF CRIMES.

Also THERE IS NO DIRECT ACCESS TO AIRTEL CUST CARE. In the Initial menu you will only hear advts and all crap.
GO to some Value Added Service, then press 9...chances are good to get some cust care guy online HOPING SOME VALUE ADDED SERVICE SUBSCRIPTION from you...!!! That's the only way I know...

Airtel Prepaid — deduction of money woth out our notice

I have Airtel prepaid subscription.I have been observed that periodically my balance has been deduced from my account without any notice or with my concern permit. For this deduction I got SMS from your company that " Dear customer you have subscribe ---- of service and for that we are charging you Rs.--- ". But the fact is I have not subscribe any services, So I would like to ask you a question that, Why are you deducting money from our prepaid balance? This is actually a misconduct of business between the company and customer.
I would like to ask you why your company deducting the money from our account without our notice. When we enquired on the customer care number, they are not given proper answer to our query. For a time being they are depositing our deduced amount back to our account and ensure us that this thing will not happen again and we have unsubscribed you from this service but after about a week or 15 day same consequences are happening.
I again inquired about the same mischief, same conversations are happening and after that I got my money back. But if supposed I am not so vigilant each time then your company will steal our money with our notice and consent.Many a time it may have had happened that you have deducted money from my balance and I haven't notice that or have not checked my balance.How could I trace that and take my money back. Please stop this stealing.
