Airtel Mobile Prepaid — wrong deduction of balance

sir i have not done any paid games download from my mobile but AIRTEL have deducted inr 50.00 from my mobile @ 5.40 pm on 7th July 2013 so please return my amount as i have not even use this service , but when i dial customer care no body is lifting the phone after deducting the prescribed .50 INR for 3 min ,
but as per govt policy the complaint should lodge @198 without any charge, but the airtel is deducting the amount and not connecting to any customer care persons , this is also illegal

Airtel Prepaid — Regarding my wrog balance deduction

I am Prashant using my mothers sim card No. [protected] of Bharti airtel pvt. ltd.
on this no. I have been charged many times for unwanted services which I have not activated like Games club Subsciption and Bolly Subscription. On Dec-3 your company has accepted those wrong deductions and returned my balace as you may check Request Refrence no.-CBDC[protected].
But on Dec-5 at 4:23 pm ur company has started charging of Bolly Subsciption @ Rs10 per day. Now server do not allows me to contact customer care after only time of calling.
kindly solve my problem as soon as possible

i am using airtel connection in kerala .
i downloaded a wallpaper from airtel live and was charged Rs.15 ( ok no problem...)
three days later airtel charged me another Rs.15 at midnight 12'O clock and send me a message that i have downloaded a wallpaper from airtel live (the same i downloaded three days ago). There was no possibility
of such a download.
so when i speak to the customer care executive about this, he said that they cannot refund the charge and disconnected the phone.
i'm 100% sure that it is a fault from airtel .

AirTel — WRONGLY DEDUCTION OF BALANCE

Respected Sir,

I am Naresh Sharma. I am the user of Bharti Airtel Mobile Prepaid Services. My Mobile No. [protected]. I use airtel services since last 5 years. One week ago I have received a message from airtel that you have been activated Missed Call Alert and you have been charged Rs. 5 per week. Immediately I call customer care and told him that I have not activated any Miss Call Alert but they do not listing any thing when I force them he transfer my call to senior officer. Then I talk to senior officer and said the problem of wrongly deduction then they satisfy and after few minutes my balance reversed by the senior officer and deactivated the Miss Call Alert.

Today (on Dt.[protected] again I have received a message from airtel that you have been activated Miss Call Alert and you have been charged Rs. 5 per week. Then again I call to customer care and told him that I have not activated any Miss Call Alert but they do not listen any thing and transfer my call to senior officer. When I talk to senior officer they argue with me and said that you have been charged because you have activated this service. When I had deactivated the Mill Call Alert in last week why I activated. One thing is not understand by me that their system can display that who is activated the services. System had deducted wrongly automatically. This is second time. No clarification given by the costumer care

When I am talking to officer near about 11 minute (7.47pm to 7.58pm. Dt[protected]. When I disconnect the call. In my phone 3 messages have come from Airtel that you have been activated dialer tone song charges Rs. 15 and monthly charges Rs. 30 and total Rs.45 have been deduction from my account. How this is possible that I am talking to costumer care then who is activated my dialer tone. This is disgusting. And this is the limit of wrongly deduction. I have doubt that the dialer tone is started by the senior officer of Airtel for revenge. And they done something that my call do not connect to costumer care. only one thing is remembered by him that you have been activated. Sir this is kind for your information that if one time balance have deducted by them if right or wrong they do not refund the balance. I hope you will take some action about wrongly deduction So I request you please refundable my wrongly charged amount as early as possible. This is for Airtel Bharti that if he had not refund my wrongly deducted balance I will stop uses of service. In my home 5 Airtel Sim has been working.

I am a customer of AirTel and I need to report an issue that an amount of Rs. 30 got deducted from my account without my information though I didn't subscribe to any of the services nor made any long distance call.

I am not able to talk to the customer care exec. as whenever I am redirected to there, I get a message saying "Send SMS to 170 for account related queries"

Airtel Prepaid — Balance gets deducted for services which I have not asked

My mobile Nos. [protected] and [protected]. Airtel deducts money for services like Music on Demand, Cricket score alterts, Matrimonial alerts, jokes etc. which I have never requested and they donot even take my consent before deducting the money. I have spoken to Customer service executives and their supervisors several times and after considerable argument they refund the money. But, again after few days they duduct money and back to argument with their staff. Many a times the deductioon goes unnoticed. How can Airtel deduct money for the service which the customer has not demanded? Why do they want to impose their service on their customers? Is it not cheating? I have registered for "Do Not Distrub" service, but still I continue to receive their promotional calls and messages.

Please look into the matter.

Airtel Prepaid Service — wrong detuction of amount

Sir, I have a prepaid mobile service from Airtel with telephone Number[protected]. Today I have received a message from Airtel 543212 that I have selected the comedy junction and an amount of Rs. 15/- has been deducted for choosing airtel comedy junction.But it is to submit that I never opted such service and I request you to kindly warn the service provider not to resort to such practices in future and arrange the recovered amount and appology from Airtel for their wrong practice.

what is this?i gave complaint that my amount rs.25/- wrongly deducted from my recharge, you put the amount in my account back on 16/1/10 but then next morning i checked there was only rs.1/- balanced in my account,for what reason you are doing this,you don't have any proper system to stop this, or tell the reason and tell me your customer care no.,asking for 3rd time,you wrongly deducted for 3 times,my mobile no.-[protected].and no one has a time like this to type and send and you will do whatever you likes.or please return my simcard amount to me i can change it to another,problem is everyone has my this no.,but i can solve my problem by changing, its my need.please find out.

As per subject the company send me a msg "Recharge Rs.27 and u got 24.84 Main bal and 1 paisa/second for one year scheme but I only got the scheme than I call the customer care they reply that the u got your bal in 48 hours but I cant got the balance. The customer case reference no. [protected]

Airtel — Wrongle deduct the balance

I m airtel subscriber. Comp.deduct my balance with out any use .at morning i walk up 8.15am. They decduct my balance 6.55am. And they say i use net at morning. And download some data. Then how can it possible. I walk up 8.15am. At that time my mobile at stand by. That way company fraud the customer and deduct the customer. Is that and regulity to stop the fraud about company. And how to complain at cunsumer court. Any one help me plz.

Airtel — Prepaid balance wiped out suddenly

My AIRTEL prepaid balance keeps getting suddenly wiped out even though no calls or SMSes were made and there was no extra GPRS usage either. I have detailed usage record to the very last byte to prove this.

Every time this happens, they admit their mistake and restore my prepaid balance. But, AIRTEL customer care is rarely reachable.

For the past many days, on dialling 9 to speak to a customer care executive, the IVR says “sms airtel to 121”. It does not transfer to an executive. The sms customer care menu is exactly the same as the IVR menu. And, they don’t respond or even acknowledge emails either.

AIRTEL keeps stealing from it's customers. They get caught only if customers keep detailed usage records and pay attention to their prepaid deductions. Otherwise, AIRTEL goes laughing all the way to the bank.

Maybe, it’s Airtel’s way of taking Holi bakshish! They usually do this around festivals. If they pilfer even small amounts from half their customers, they can declare salary bonuses to their staff.

Earlier I was waiting for mobile number portability so that I could keep the number and change to Vodafone. But now, I’m tired of waiting. It is best to take a new number. That way at least I’ll finally get rid of a few undesirable contacts.

1. I HAD RECEIVED A SMS FORM 54321 AT AROUND 3 AM ON 23TH FEB, 2010 SAYING THAT THE AMOUNT OF RS 99 WAS DEDUCDED FOR SOME GAME.
2. I TRIED OUT TO CALL CUSTOMER CARE BUT FOUND THAT IT WAS INACTIVE.
I REPEATEDLY TRIED TO CALL 121 SERVICE BUT THE ANSWER WAS SAME.
3. NO COMPLIAN NUMBER GIVEN SAME DAY, I VISITED AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE IN CHAKALA, A LADY ASSITED ME, AND CALL CUSTOMER CARE WERE IN A LADY ANSWER THE CALLED TOLD ME THAT IT WAS DEDUCTED FOR SOME GAME. ON ASKING FOR THE COMPLAIN NO .SHE DID NOT GIVE FOR THE SAME, ON FURTHER ARGUMENT SHE GAVE ME THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS AND PHONE NO [protected] (CHERYL, SOME MANAGER), BHARATI AIRTEL, 7TH FLOOR INTERFACE BUILDING NO 7, LINKING ROAD MALAD, MUMBAI 64. AND SAID HE WILL GIVE THE COMPLIAN NUMBER
4. ON CALLING ON THE NO. ITS WAS SWITCH OFF.
5. AGAIN THE SAME LADY CONNECT ME TO SOME HELP LINE NUMBER, WERE IN THE GENTLE MAN ASK ME ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND GAVE ME THE COMPLIAN NO.

THE BALANCE IS NOT REFUND TO MY ACCOUNT YET……..
AIRTEL IS NOT AT ALL PROVIDING THE SERVICE AS PER STANDARDS SET BY OTHER SERVICE PROVIER .
DON’T BUY NEW AIRTEL BCOZ OF POOR SERVICE –CUSTOMER CARE REMAIN TO BE INACTIVE MOST OF THE TIME.

AirTel — Wrong balance deductions

Dear Sir, I was using the mobile office service provided by airtel at 20 Rs/day. around 4-6 days ago. This service renews automatically i[censored] don't stop it. When my balance went in to the minus due to continuation of this service I received msg frm airtel that your mobile office service has been suspended.But when after that I recharge my mobile the mobile office service starts automatically after few hours. and everyday my balance was deducted at 20Rs/day. i complaint to airtel customer care regarding this on 24th Feb'10.
today I received phone call from airtel customer care(By Ms.Mita) but she did not clarify anything and talks very rudely.
in the past also my one complaint vide reference No.[protected] dated 22Spe'09 was also neglected in this way.
So i request you to look into the matter and provide me the justice from Airtel company. My airtel number is [protected].

Airtel — unauthorised monetary deduction from prepaid balance

AIRTEL HAS RECENTLY RESORTED TO SENDING UNWANTED MESSAGES TO MY MOBILE NO.[protected] AND MY DAD'S MOBILE NO.[protected] AND DEDUCTING ONE RUPEE PER MESSAGE.THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR QUITE SOMETIME NOW. I HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED TO DND AND ALSO SENT " STOP" TO 121 FOR BOTH PHONE NOS. , BUT TO NO AVAIL.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE UNWANTED DEDUCTIONS EITHER THROUGH SMS OR CALLS ARE STOPPED IMMEDIATELY.

Airtel Prepaid — Wrong deductions from prepaid account balance

Im using airtel prepaid connection in surat city of gujrat state. I had a recharge of 102Rs on 2nd march 2009, for which i was due to get 500 msgs per day for a month. it was activated on my mobile on the same day and i was using it also but at around after 11:00 pm a charge of Rs1.50 was deducted from my account balance for every message i sent. And when i complained for the same i was offered an extra day to the validity of sms pack,where i was charged for around some 20-25 messages. And also on the same day i had a recharge of Rs 25, for which my calls to all airtel numbers all over india will be charged by 30paise per minute for 10 days and it was activated in the evening but from around 11Pm i was charged 50 paise for every call i made to an airtel number,i had an approximate usage of 180-200 minutes for which i was charged 50 paise instead of 30Paise,an extra of 20 paise per minute and when i complained about this to cusomer care executive i was offered an extra day to validity of 10 days
No one from airtel is ready to give any assistance..they are not even ready to listen to it..they just say we can give u an extra day to the validity of this pack and nothing else can be done..they offered sorry for the inconvinence and the loss...its a financial loss and serious mental harrasement for me... and a strong action is required against airtel

Airtel Prepaid Connection — wrong deduction of balance

Dear Sir / Mam,
A wrong deduction have been made from my account for Airtel Friends Chat as I have not subscribed for any services. I received 2 messages 1st for friends chat & 2 for deduction automatically by 21.07. With in same time on seeing the messages I contacted to customer complaint centre by they denied & without any proper resolution disconnected the call.
Kindly reimburse the balance other wise we will put complaint through RTI / consumer court.

my name is gaurav chaturvedi.i have lodged a complain to customer care regarding wrong deduction of balance but after 4 days they have not solved my problem and again give me time to wait for again 2 days.
