Mera airtel number -[protected] delhi-6 ke sadar bazar ilake mein chal raha hai,hamare sadar bazar mein airtel ke network bilkul bhi kaam nahi karte , har eik minute par call drop ho jaati hai,jab bhi complaint karte hain company wale 48 hours time de dete hai,hamare sadar bazar,quresh nagar ,bara hindu rao,motia khan ke ilake mein network ki bahut killat hai please hamari samasya ka koi hal nikalo.

AirTel — 1 year of network problem
Respected sir/mamI had been facing network problem since year i have airtel mobile no [protected].I am not getting network at all in home and outside also i have to wait for around 15 to more than hour for receiving network.Starting from month of april 2009 to till date.As been giving complaint to customer care repeatedly in june and july i started getting network there after again around in january network started falling,by march it was completely zero for indoor that is at home.There after inspite giving several complaints, the complaint to customer care does,nt seems to be getting any solution.Hence felt the need to get help from such greviances.Even the customer care executives are trying to ignore the problem,while some talking rudely.Requesting you to kindly take some serious action against this.

Airtel — Not providing network in Cochin city
I took an Airtel prepaid SIM last week.On the 10th of June 2010 the service went off.I was not able to make or receive calls and could not access the mobile internet too.I called the customer service and logged a complaint.They said they will resolve it within 24 hrs.Next day, it was not resolved.I called the customer service again.They said there is a network issue and will be resolved before the 15th of June 2010.I waited till 15th.No resolution.I called them on the 15th again they said they will sort it out on the 16th.No resolution on the 16th too.I called them again on the 16th and got transferred to a "senior" guy.He tells me I live in a rural area and Airtel does not have network there.Period.I actually live in the middle of Cochin city in a place called Kaloor which is a prime residential area in Cochin city.And he makes me a rural person by force.And he has the arrogance to tell me that according to the telecom laws prevailing in India, a mobile service provider can sell their SIM anywhere in India but is under no obligation to provide service.Which means he can take money from me for providing mobile telephone service but he can choose to not provide me service in return.I told him if he can`t provide me network in the middle of Cochin city then why has he opened a company in the name of mobile service provider and why does he sell his SIM?For which he again parrots his answer that he is under no obligation to provide network though he can sell his SIM promising to provide network.I want the law to take up this matter suo moto and teach all mobile service providers especially Airtel a lesson on how to be fair to the paying public.N.B I got transferred to the "Senior" person and I wished him Good morning. In return he tells me "OK".He doesn`t even have the manners to wish me back.Proud to be Indian.Proud to be Bharti.

I have had network issues (poor coverage inside the house) in BTM layout since last year. I have been complainig for the past 1.5 years and no resolution has been provided.
I have mailed all customer care e-mail ids including the nodal officer bangalore, no one seems to be cared about customer complaints.

I'm forced to write this letter because ,In my place (sreekaryam) airtel has very low signal strength .
whenever i enterd in to my house ,phone shows that emergency call only . To make a call or receive . I have to go outside the house . This problem not only for me but also have other people those who use airtel connection in that area .I have complant about this on coustemer care but they dont do anything .They give me a request referane number that is ([protected]).So please do the necessary steps to overcome the problem .I hope that the company will solve the problem immediatly.Please rplay further any enquiry .

My residential address is A-9, shanti niketan society, behind aditya garden society, warje, (411052)mumbai - pune highway. Whenever i reach home my cell shows no network. Previous there were very good coverage but now a days i am facing lots of problem. I am using this airtel simcard from the last three years and don't want to change my service provider.
Hope you look into that and try to resolve it as soon as possible.

Network strength in BabusaPalaya is very bad , we have submitted multiple complaints but no help. We can't take calls in ground and first floor of homes, we need to come out all the way and stand out side to pickup a call and talk and lots of call drops also.
I HAVE LODGED THE NETWORK COMPLAINT ON 19TH JUNE 2008, AFTER THAT I CALLED NODEL OFFICER .APLLITE OFFICED MORE THAN 180 TIMES THEIR ANSWER GIVE ME SOME TIME ABOUT 72 HOURS. I SENT LOT OF MAILS NO ONE IS RESPONDING SO FOR . PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH AIRTEL THE BIG CHEAT . THEY SENT THE BILL EVERY MONTH. OTHER WISE THEY WILL DISCONNECT THE NUMBER.
