[Resolved]  Airtel — coverage

airtel has no coverage in mupliyam(at thrissur dist in kerela), but other services have full coverage.we cannot attentent any calls because of this coverage problem. so please take immediate action


by a lot of airtel customers

At my area there is no coverage of airtel.The airtel tower is situated only about 2km away from my house.kindly i request yoy take necessary action about this coverage problem.

The Airtel is not going to do anything soon Since my experience the system upgradation process is going on from last one year but till now there system is not updated when we could not expect it.

No range from today morning( 18th july) .
give customer help no.

It is confirmed that kerala is having poor coverage.
Advertisements show airtel is the king of coverage.
Where is 600 towers?
No range in case of emergencies.

Yes, i fully agree as no corrective action is taken by airtel. i also face the same problem for a couple of months and the survey has also been conducted by the company. the visiting official from ericcsion told that a booster need to be installed but more than 3 months passed and nothing has been done by the service provider.

a company of such repute is not taking action. why? do they not care their customer.

before a month i was getting coverage in my room in pimpri (pune but now day for every call i have to go to balkany to talk & also in company there was range but now a day no coverage.

My number is [protected],Pune.I have not been getting proper coverage since the time i have bought the card.When i call up airtel customer care,they tell me to goto relationship centre.When i went there,they told me to change my SIM.I did that and still i am getting problems.Now these people say this problem cannot be resolved.They are just unwilling to help
