Airtel — Poor Connectivity

I am writing on behalf of my father Mr Guninder Singh Chandok. We are residing in Bangalore and my father has been with your company airtel from the past 10 years plus. We have three post paid and one pre paid connection currently. The Mobile numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected].
We have been facing indoor network issues from the last 3 years. We complain and the issue was resolved only partly however from the last 8 to 10 months condition has turned from bad to worse. We have made many complains and instead of things improving , things have turned worse. We cannot receive or make calls inside my house and we have to stand outside at the front gate or worse on the road. Mobile phone is suppose to be mobile and we cannot use in our house.We cannot make or receive calls or sms at all inside my house. I get cab facility from my office and I have missed my cab several times as they could reach me on my mobile and have spend Rs.200 to reach office thanks to your bad network coverage. My complains have been closed without our consent stating it is resolved and we have been told to wait for 90 days for it to be resolved.
Surprisingly Idea mobile coverage is reaching inside my house without any problems.Today I was told that I can move to another provider. What does airtel want us to do for 90 days? why was it not resolved before? Who will compensate for inconvenience caused?
Why Idea is working and not yours ? We have been paying rental charges and getting the worse service. When we try to speak to your customer services due to poor connectivity Call gets dropped and they do not have the courtesy to call back. I called today 4 times and call gets dropped every time when I told them at the start of the call that I am standing on the middle of the road and explained the network situation as well as asked to call back if call drops. No call backs. I was placed on hold for a long time and call dropped with connection error message.I have spent hours on the mobile to complain as your customer services team takes hours registering and answering my queries.Every time call drops I have to call again and repeat my complain which is very frustrating. We pay our bills on time and good amount of money for this bad service and connectivity. Your technical people came to our house 3 times and said they would resolve it in 3 days every time after which we get a call that it would take 90 days to resolve it. Why 90 days ?
Airtel is supposed to be the number one company in India as per your customer services team thus your company made it clear in the last 3 conversations that you are not willing to resolve our query sooner and as per today's conversation that you want us to leave your company.
I had landline services with you which was [protected] I have placed an request for cancellation today as I received poor service I paid a lot for broadband and there was no value for money. I received a good offer from any other company who offered better speed and download capacity. There is value for money. I called your landline team told them about the offer where I am paying less and getting more. I was with you for more than 5 years and everything you have only increased the prices for the plan I was under but never improved the services for affordable prices. My landline will no longer be with you from 27th September. Now we have no other choice to move our mobile numbers to another company as your company cannot gave a quick solution and want us to leave. Our patience and loyalty for your company has run out.
Please look into this for us and let us know your decision as soon as possible. Are you ready to lose loyal customers ?
