Airtel — Poor Service

I am Neeraj.
Today i went to Airtel outlet,Rajouri garden regarding the MNP from vodafone to airtel.
I Provide them all the documents,but later they said to get the photostate of these documents
Its around 10:30 Am and no shops were open by this time and i wasted my 30 mins in searching for the shop.
This is the first outlet which i seen without the scanner.I have visited Vodafone store and Aircel outlet and they are well versed with all these basic things.
Are Airtel outlet are so poor that they wont afford a scanner/photostate machine or they have but they dont want to use for their consumers.I Am a regular airtel consumer and has around 5 airtel connections with 1 broadband connection.
My complaint is that please give them a photostate machine(comes with all hp printer) so that no other people would waste their time for such small things.

This is to inform in spite of repeated request and follow-up. Refer our complaint to 24th Sep. 2014
My Mobile number [protected] has been deactivated since past 4 days. Let me admit that we already updated regarding wrong billing regarding billing discrepancies in the international roaming. Even though we brought into the notice your appellate team so far we still awaiting for the reversal of charges and response for our emails. Several phone calls made to appellate team, remains unanswered. Moreover, we made Rs.15000.00 as partial payment towards the mobile number on 25.10.14, Saturday and same has been communicated to your email. We are extremely disappointed with your poor service to corporate customer and disconnecting the mobile services for past 4 days knowing the reasons behind it. Hence, we cannot wait for any longer, please activate the same by 1.00 PM today. Otherwise, we will be forced to take alternative arrangements.

This is with regard to the service of Airtel DTH Service, where in am facing channel display issue for more than one month. I have made a several complaint through calling customer service and even I have written message to Airtel ombudsman, however till now I didn't get resolution.

I am facing subscription on month basis but not able to enjoy the service for that. I have attached the mail copy as a proof with this complaint.

Request your action and expecting resolution at the earliest.

First of all i would like to thanks for your feed back of Airtel i.e. "I tried to contact your mobile number, however was unable to reach you." This is the network connectivity of Airtel.

However I am aware about the plan and charges but I unable to understood why you are repeating one matter again and again i.e about the charges and plan?

Why you are not trying to understand? I never crossed the limit last two years after all uses according to your point number 2.

Could you please guide me? what speed you have provided last month so that I crossed more then 4 GB.

Please fixed my issue so that I can pay your charges before due date.

My cell phone is always on so please call me first before replying.

If you guys are unable to fixed my issue then please provide me the escalation matrix so that I can escalate it to next level.

This is in reference to your email inquiring on charges levied towards data usage on your airtel mobile [protected].

I tried to contact your mobile number, however was unable to reach you.

I understand your dissatisfaction over being charged for excess data usage. I wish to inform that credit limit does not include your data usage and will reflect voice and value added services only. To know your data usage, you can send an SMS DATA USE to 121 anytime. Further, your data plan offers 2 GB GPRS free and usage over and above the free usage is chargeable at 10 paise/10 KB. As per your plan, your mobile services were not stopped post crossing the free usage limit. Therefore, you have been charged Rs.2999.6/- in your bill for 292.9375 excess data usage.

I also verified our records found that a complaint was registered on[protected] with the reference number 64232609 regarding 2G data usage and same has been closed since charges are valid.

However, I do suggest you to explore the below suggestions to avoid such instances in future:

1. Check your data usage frequently by sending an SMS DATA USE to 121.

2. The amount of data consumption is not just dependent on your usage, but also subject to the number of apps (like whatsapp, facebook, twitter etc) running in the background on your phone. Even if the mobile is not in use and the mobile data is kept ON, there may be third party apps connecting to internet for an update.

If there are any email apps installed, the emails received will be automatically downloaded leading to data consumption. At any point of time, if you wish to prevent internet usage or automatic data download from installed apps, please uncheck internet options under handset settings.

I suggest you view data usage anytime by sending an SMS DATA USE to 121.

My question is, I am using Internet plan last 2 years (@98 Monthly Rent 2 GB
2-G) . I never crossed 2 GB in any months. You have authority to check my

Try to understand Your 2-G service are too poor only we can check whats up

Can you make me understand what speed do you provide on 2-G network?

In the past (July to Aug) I have logged complaint so may time regarding poor

I have gone through the charges levied in your bill and hereby wish to address
your concerns. I observed that you have 2 GB free as per your pack and any
usage beyond 2 GB will be charged at 10 paise/10 KB. I found that an additional
usage of 292.9375 MB over and above the free data limit led to charges of
Rs.2999.6/- billed on your account.

Free GB as per plan: 2 GB

Excess Usage in MB: 292.9375 MB

Excess Usage in KB: 299968 KB

Total data charges @ 10 paise/10 KB: Rs.2999.6/-

As the charges were found to be appropriately levied as per your bill plan and
usage, reversal of charges could not be initiated. However, I do wish to let
you know some ways in which you can avoid excess data charges in future:

1. Our current data plans (MBC) offers flexibility to use as much while
ensuring that you do not get excess charged more than Rs 500/- (Excluding Data
plan rental) for the same. With these plans, charges will be applicable till
Rs. 500/- post crossing the data limit allocated as per the pack, data will
stop automatically. In case, you wish to use additional data, you can upgrade
your data plan anytime. I am attaching the MBC data plans for your reference.
If you wish to change your data plan to any of the plans enclosed, please write
to us confirming the same.

2. Check your data usage frequently by sending an SMS DATA USE to 121 (If you
have activated data services and subscribed to a data pack)

3. The amount of data consumption is not just dependent on your usage, but also
