Airtel — Poor Service

I am Neeraj.
Today i went to Airtel outlet,Rajouri garden regarding the MNP from vodafone to airtel.
I Provide them all the documents,but later they said to get the photostate of these documents
Its around 10:30 Am and no shops were open by this time and i wasted my 30 mins in searching for the shop.
This is the first outlet which i seen without the scanner.I have visited Vodafone store and Aircel outlet and they are well versed with all these basic things.
Are Airtel outlet are so poor that they wont afford a scanner/photostate machine or they have but they dont want to use for their consumers.I Am a regular airtel consumer and has around 5 airtel connections with 1 broadband connection.
My complaint is that please give them a photostate machine(comes with all hp printer) so that no other people would waste their time for such small things.

I am Sonia from Chandigarh, mobile no. [protected] and Iam your customer from past 3years. I want to stop my Airtel voice alert service. I talk to your customer care executive many times from Feb 2008 but no action has been taken till date. Every month my Rs 30/- has been deducted. I am very disappointed from your this kind of service, please take strong action against my complaint.

i got a airtel sim on 05/10/2008.it was activated after one day, for that i have phoned two, three times to airtel customer care after that only its activated .After activation, i faced lot of problems i cant do any incomimg calls & get any incoming calls, when anybody tried to my mobile ''THE NO U HAVE TRIED IS CURRENTLY SWITCHED OFF"it told like that.for that i phoned to airtel customercare they told me to switched off for half an hour and try .i do that one but, it was worked for one hour only after that als same problem contiued.pls resolve my problem as soon as possible

airtel telecoms — no activation of recharging with Rs 49

with due respect, i would like to say that i m the airtel customer for the past 6 years.we have the 4 air tel connections in my family,
my name is RAJEEV SHARMA MOB. NO. IS [protected] FROM MEERUT, I HAVE GOT MY MOB. RECHARGED with Rs.49 for deductions in call rates of local mob. on 21of July and my transaction id is [protected] but this scheme has not been activated so far.
I've lodged complaint so far but no action has been taken so far, the persons who are there like parivesh, sohan they r making fool of others, sometimes they connect my call to rajasthan and UP EAST and they dont know how to talk at all, one senior team leader of rajasthan, i dont know her name, she misbehaved with me and disconnected my phone without listening me properly.

i am losing my faith from airtel, sir please take some strong action against my complaint. Kindness will be yours.

Air tel costumer care service is extremely bad and poor quality in Jamshedpur (Jharkhand), when I was asking about DIAL UP CONNECTION on my laptop ( for asses internet facility through Mobile office)there reply for that go and contact to your computer expert or any computer shop after that my no [protected] is blocked for costumer care center, i am not able to contact with any costumer care executive, no buddy no anything about plans, poor knowledge, poor communication skill, poor service everything is disappointing and disgusting. Sorry to say but blocking number for costumer care is extremely cheep. Please if any buddy has any answer of my question/complain please reply me or mail me.

I am using AIRTEL prepaid no: [protected] since last 3 years and residing at Muzaffarpur (Bihar). Since last 7 months I am also using GPRS services on this number. But Since last four months GPRS is not working at one particular location i.e my residence whose complete address is given as under:

City: Muzaffarpur
Near Jubba Sahani Park, Madnani Lane, opposite HDFC ATM 250 meter towards East of ATM.

My Residence is on ground floor, I am using NOKIA hand set 3110c.

On long pressing zero, message comes " Invalid user name & ID"
To my utter surprise Internet works every where in Bihar except this circle having radius of Approx 75 Meter.

Sir, during the last four Months I have wasted at least 10 Hours in writing complaints to you and talking to your Customer Care, but all in vain.

This is my LLLLLLAAAAASSSSSSSSSTTTTTTTTT Complaint. If I dont get satisfactory answer/services, I assure you I will never use Airtel in my remaining life. Yeh Dhamki Nahi hai, Aap ke paas bahut customers hai, yeh ek dukhi Dil ki awaj hai.

I am an airtel land line user. I am really upset with the sloppy service extended by airtel in India.I am using this phone for the last 3 years .last 10-15 days every day my outgoing gets temporarily disconnected and i am having to call customer care for retrieving the same. I had spoken to All senior officials who had assured that it will not happen again but it is happening every day last 10-15 days. Consumers are really being fleeced. I don't want this to happen to other consumers which i come to know through the customer care has been happening to new clients. I am thinking of making a campaign against such unscrupulous companies who cannot keep up their word and have no standards or do not listen to the customer's grievances. I am going to make a campaign against such antisocial companies who play with the feelings of consumers. Last 15 days i have been put to unrepeatable loss .My sister was traveling to a new country and we had to go to a phone station in the middle of the night to call her up .I am not able to tolerate such highhandedness .Airtel is taking the customers for granted. I am taking this issue with the consumer council/making a group mail for anti airtel campaign among my cirle of MBA friends/college friends/ICWA friends unless i get a compensation for the hardship caused and the mental agony caused by this airtel-india's poor service. Let no other Indian suffer the way i have.

You must have received my E-mail dated 4-1-2009. Now (7.25 p.m.) signal to Nisarga Layout comes from 1) Bannerughatta National Park or 2) Jigani Bus Stand or 3) Harapanahalli Tower. Signal strength varies between 40% and ZERO.
This matter is not between Suresh Kumar and Pailoor, but between a consumer and a mobile service provider. Please take the matter seriously and act. Your silence can be interpreted in different ways. AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Services disconnected even after full payment

Dear Sir/Madam

I am one of the customers using digital TV since[protected]. I applied on line by paying Rs. 3500/- through my credit card for Digital TV (Ultra Package) as a result I received Voucher of Rs.1750(Activation voucher), Recharge voucher of Rs.750 and ten recharge vouchers of Rs. 100 each (1750+750+1000=3500). I got my digital TV installed on[protected] and Activation voucher of Rs. 1750 was used by company's engineer for installation purpose. I was asked to recharge my account with remaining vouchers after 24 hours within 72 hours. I successfully recharge my account with Rs.750 voucher. But I could not recharge my account with remaining 10 vouchers of Rs.100 each. I tried numerious times but always received an error message that Recharge pin is invalid. I also tried to Contact Customer Care Executive on company's Toll Free and Tolled numbers numerious time but due any fault in their system I could not talk to Customer care executive. Then sent a mail to compay describing my problum, one on 15/2/2009, another mail on 17/2/2009 but I did not get any response from the company. Eventually my connection was disconned on 20/2/2009.

I have been making complaints about poor coverage, call drop, callcutting, convesation inaudible to the called subscriber for the last one month without any diffrence nor the complaints being registered, .The call centre executives are immature, incompetant andverge on the idiotic to comical.The company must send tech reps to the sites where such problems are experienced to analyse and take corrective measures which is not undertaken, Further the call centre so called executives are unable or incompetant to deal with complaints and there must be senior executives to deal effectively to respond to complaints andtake immediate and proper action.
i am usinig airtel post paid number [protected]since last 10 year my 3month bill is 12500 and airtelcharge me gprs and airtel live charges but i am not useing this service and airtel no help me this matter and miss behaviour by out let cp in new delhi and disconnect my number permanatly i clear my whole payment but this is very poor airtel is not good company and not satisfy custumer i am thanks to airtel bad realtion to me
Hi,

I got an airtel mobile connection in bangalore, and recently i changed my plan to CUG in november.
But till now airetl have not processed the request and my CUG calls are still charged.
I have raised almost 20+ complaints for this with no luck.

The customer care service is so poor that they wont answer your queries and most of the time their systems are down and they will ask us to call back after 1 hour or so.
Some time i have seen that if we complaint more, the call will get dropped automatically.

Does anyone else too have similar experience as mine..?

Airtel — poor customer experience

i am one of the airtel customer who wha been treated very badly by airtel employess at all different sectors .I have take a prepaid no. [protected] on 26th february ehich i have lost it after 5 days wnd when I went to the AIrtel contact centre at kirti nagar where I met rajan he told me that he doesnt have the sim of the number of that particular series I was astonsih to hear that .although he advise me to go to tagore garden branch and I went to tagore garden as nothing much I can and I have to restart my no. as I ent there I met karan whi told me that the no wil be ativated in 2 days which again astonished me as I was advised by the agent maximum takes 4 hours but still I agree and ask for a no. of the branch and he gave a mobile no. which was never answered by anyone for the next four days .On 5th day I got lucky and a girl answered the phone at 1845 and told me that the office is closed that really upset me NErt day I went to tagore garden branch to chk abouth the status as the sim was not activated there mr. karan this time talk to me very badly and told me that they did not recieve the documents of that numberAND TAHTS WHY THEY CANNOT ACITVATE THEN I WENT TO THE SHOP SAI BABA COMMUNICATION (MANSAROVAR GARDEN) WHICH SHOWED ME THE RECIEPT OF AIRTEL DISTRIBUTOR EHCH ONFIRMS THAT THE DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN PICKED BUT HE ADVISED ME TO SUBMIT THE DOCUMENTS AGAIN WHICH I DID BUT TILL NOW AS WELL WHEN I CALL 121 AGENTS CONFIRM THAT TEY RECIEVE NO DOCUMENTS.
after reading all thsi could you please justify your brand THERE IS NOTHING PERSONAL WITH ANY AGENTS BUT I WANTAIRTEL TO ACTIVATE MY NUMBER

Every time I'm receiving message like this & looosing money!!!
I am an airtel customer for past 4 years. I am a part of airtel friends plan wherein I can call any airtel number during happy hours for Rs.0.10. For past fortnight or so I have been charged Rs. 1.00 even during the happy hours. I launched a complaint No [protected], a week back regarding the problem. The problem has not been resolved yet. Every time I call up the customer care number 121, the executive is unable to handle my questions, leave alone resolving the queries. It has happened four times that an executive told me that he was transferring the line to his manager and the call was dropped. Calling again means wastage of another 15 mins and yet no resolution of the problem. The service is extremely poor. I am frustrated.

1. Not received monthly bill By time and when received i had called at your care many times.
2. since 22nd march without any type of information barred my roaming incoming and outgoing. after entering in haryana i had complaint at your care they give me referneces no. are[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected].

But you has been again barred my no. on 1st april..


I am paying my bill by time. but facing problem with your service. Now how i am use my no. Whats your care doing I dont know.
