not recieving bills — Not recieving bills since 3 months

Not recieving bills since 3 months and still airtel service is calling me to pay the bill without recieving it..

how can i pay the bill if i dont get any details
If I dont get good service hereafter
I will be looking to close this airtel postpaid service.

even after requesting since last three months am not recieving bill at my end i dont knw why? but the beauty is the same courier agency send me the banks statements and credit card statements
