[Resolved]  Airtel Postpaid Bill — NOT RECEIVING THE BILL BY COURIER

my bill has not come yet at my home.

I am using airtel connection before one month. My phone number is[protected]. I am sorry to say your service is very bad. I received many calls from customer care. They told me your April bill is 335.00 and I told him that I am not received the bill please send it. They ignore it. I make payment then I received the bill. If the late payment would include in my bill then I will not pay the late fee because it is not my fault.

Not reciving the courier Bill for my postpaid mobile connection no. [protected] for the period 05-Mar 09 to 04-Apr-09. Pl send a copy of same bill so I can put up to my office.

My Mobile No. is [protected]. Since past three months I am not getting the bills. As I have to submit these bills after making payment to my Office, I am finding it very difficult. I get SMS messages from your Message centre promising bills will be sent, but the bills are not delivered at all. I hope at least this months bill I will get by at least 28th May 2009. Please let me know whether I have to pay penalty for not paying in time for which AIRTEL is responsible.

sir having a bitter experience aftr joining ur company network ur executives r very sharp on collecting dues wheather v have got our bill or not .ur courier person has not deliverd bill till 2day .regarding complaint o[censored]r staff atitude in c, p branch and on telephonic call was so good tht i feel u and ur working staff has much of work that they r not least botherd about customers .hoping u will not follow the same track and come out with healthy soloution .
