[Resolved]  Airtel Postpaid Bill — my airtel postpaid bills no-[protected]

dear sir,
since 3 months i have not recived my bills[[protected]] requesting to send all these bills and in future to my mail id and it is very urgent because i need to claim other wise money will go from my pocket .
pls pls do the needfull as early as possible.

Mobile No.[protected] is not getting bills however services have been discontinued even the incoming calls are also stopped.This is breach of service contract.I am regret to mention that your service is worst than other companies.this may amount to attract legal action under cunsumer service Act.How your help desk can threat us to make more and more calls otherwise the services will be discontinued whereas I have paid fror life time free incoming.You please see how many odd complaints are pending on your complaint desk.Iam ready to pay Bills only if I get printed copy of Bill.

When u send my mobile bill on my email address urgesnt and i try to open it, it required a password. I don't know what is password. How can i open it.

I need detail bill, my no is [protected] can you send to my mail id mention above as soon as.
My faith in services has diminished to zero thanks to the lack customer centricity by our Airtel Customer Care, Airtel Outlet – Vile Parle and also by the outsourced customer care partner.

Pathetic is less to be used for Airtel.I have been to the Airtel gallery on 1st Sep or 8th Sep, if I am not mistaken with the dates, but was sure on Monday. and was attended by Ms.Zeba ( Front Desk ) for a concern with my two connections. I use a regular number and also a add on number which are registered under my Moms Name. I am suppose to be charged a discounted rate and but to my surprise when I received my bill for both numbers, it was higher than what I pay average on monthly basis.Ms Zeba informed that she will have a itemized bill will be mailed across and agreed that the amounts were charged incorrectly and than was assured that the same will be adjusted in the next month bill, but when I insisted that I would like to know the amount so that I can have the actual amount paid as per her the itemized bill was only the source to understand and the same are still not mailed across to me for almost a month now.

Wow !!! What a way to deal you lazy A** H****

Today they have barred my outgoing as my due date was 27th Sep’ 08 .Why should I pay the amount to start with when they are incorrectly charged and wait for a adjustment the next month.Just when the payment dates are due I started getting calls from the outsourced partners who were only bothered about the payment and wanted to know where can they sent the collection guys and have the payment collected and trust me when they call they speak and sound as if they are from some slums and not even a 10th promoted employees and few doing a part time job – WORST !!!

When called 121 and logged a complaint I get assurance that there will be a call back and a reference number is messaged across which is never worked on

You do get a call they ask your concern and say that they will investigate and they never get back all and all they stress to give a feedback and repeat their name at the end of the call.Absolutely annoying.

My outgoing is barred today and I have my dad admitted in the hospital and operated where I constantly need to keep in touch.A complete mental agony and harrasement which I have faced from the start of the month and the issue is still unresolved and I have to bare the inconvenience without any mistake of mine.

Airtel has to compensate for the Mental Agony and Harassment that I have and still going through.

Myself Jitendra Kumar Aggarwal and my mobile no. is [protected] which I am using since last 8-9 years. This time I have noticed that AIRTEL is charging extra amount for those services which are not told by me to activate e.g. VOICE TAG charges in the category of SMS OTHERS. The AIRTEL charge Rs. 25/- for the same and I don't know since what time I am paying to AIRTEL the same. I am very disappointed not for RS. 25/- but the services which you are providing your own and charging to the customer for the same.

Kindly look into the matter and revert back for the same at the earliest.
