i am really irrated with your CITI bank service.As told by one of your banker that this A/C will be zero balance for whole life.you have changed your policy that does not mean every time customer has to face the problem.

Please close my A/C and reverse my amount which you have already debited from my A/C.

For my Airtel connection with no. [protected], no bill sent to me in time, bill plan changed to higher without any intimation, GPRS charges charged double after 2 bills, wrong charges in SMS & payments not accounted for. Estimated bill already paid, still connection was discontinued for 2 months now & no response on any of the customer case centres/services.

I Deepraj chauhan having a corperate connection of your Airtel, right now i have not requirement of this number [protected] so I went to go your shop in Lajpat Nagar part 2 of this number disconnect but nobody did not give form of disconnect this number then they said to me pls call customer care and disconnect your number then i called customer care but they also waste my time 15 minutes and said to me your connection will be disconnect 5th janurary then i said to customer care dear madan i am saying to disconncet my number today and i will not give you extra money.

I request to Sir Pls disconnect my number as soon as possible. pls arrange training your employ and teach how to behave to client, pls allow write copy to disconnect any moblie number of your shop.

This is Sumit Mittra my Airtel No is - [protected].This is a very old number of mine I am among the 1st 100 customer since Airtel was 1st launched in India.I would like to see my itemised bill for the month of december and january with the detailing of all incoming and outgoing calls that i have made. I have given my email address above I want to receive my airtel bills for the last 2months at my email address, as far till date i never had any complains before but since last 2 months I am receiving a huge amount of credit where and then i haven't made much calls, so please help me out with this problem of mine which i am facing for the first time.
