[Resolved]  Airtel — Postpaid Bill Payment

Dear Sir,

I have two Post paid mobile connections with Bharati Airtel as below - I have been trying to sort out the problem from past three months by sending mails and contacting the via phone and there is no proper response and finally they said they issue a notice on my connection.

This guys are damaging the name of "NOTICE", If we are trying to escape to make the payment or avoiding your calls or mails replying then you take legal action. I have been replying all my mails and contacted twice with Pradeep who work in part of Corporate.CollectionsKK team and explained my background of this pending bills, he said ok and agreed with my points and he said he will come back to me on this but I never see his mail or call from him. I called from different country from UK and charged for Rs. 250 and not bothered for that but even contacting and explaining the problem there is no proper response.

Regards to [protected] I have made full settlement in March Second week in KR Puram Airtel Store and the same day I went to Indira Nagar store to submit the form to convert the connection from postpaid to Prepaid and called Airtel team to request for cancellation everything went fine that day.

When I made payment in KR Puram Store they said there is no pending amount and you will not get bill anymore.

Then later I received the bill for April month and they requesting to make the payment, I am not going to make payment for this account which I never used the service after my final settlement . It's there problem and they have not cancelled the bill after my request also.

Regards to [protected], I am happy to pay the bill, But I would require a accurate bill, Because I made the full settlement on March 2nd week on the same day I went to Indira Nagar store and submitted the form to convert the connection from post paid to prepaid. Due to my abroad travel date extended I have used this connection to make calls so I am happy to pay this bill. but not for the current outstanding which they are showing because when I made final settlement on March 2nd week I paid without discount on my connection. So on my next bill I would expect some discount need to be credited to my account which every I made final settlement without discount.

I told them settle these both connections together so that I can make the payment .. but no one is responding properly and harassing me on this.
I would request you to kindly help me on this...

Airtel Mobile — after making the payment there is response to connect the connection

Dear sir,

we have paid the payment by cash of rs. 1970/- on 26/12/09 after paying the bill there is no
responce to start the mobile connection pl look in this matter mr. narendra puillay [protected]
I am using the mobile number [protected] postpaid, i had a bill payment due of 7600 Rs. My connection was barred by the company, i got a call from an agent called deepak, and he informed me to clear the bills, he offered me a bill waiver and asked me to pay only 5400 Rs, I payed the same amount but still my number is barred and if contacted with the customer care they still ask for the remaining amount.

i am devang joshi.using one the poorest coverage and poorest service provided sim card of airtel.inspite of so many complains still no any kind of solutation and reply.i can not understand either they no understanding language or not to take any step intenstly.so requesting to you solve the problem of poor network coverage and during talk automaticaly cut down the calls.need some improvement on that.if possible.hope you can understand.god help him.want your reply.

myself kamal soni i have use ur post paid connection last 4 yrs, but still i face more problem abt ur kota rgion bcz nobody solve my problem regarding my post paid bill not received last 4 month, i call ur 121, kota head office, nahta centre, nayapura centre they all not satisfied me .so plz do some action regarding this & reply me can i m contuniue this coneection or not.

Hi, .. It is quite justified that, the customer wants time for bill clearance, also requested the same with AIRTEL, . I dont understand people calling and disturbing her friends and relatives, as if they are going to clear the bill?! quite annoying and shocking...

Lot of people are not all that happy with airtel services these days for various reasons, the service provoder who stands apart in the country for their Name n Services, . are going to dogs, ... wonder what more we have in store from AIRTEL.

The Issue can very much be sorted between 4walls, In a descent manner rather raising unhealthy barriers...

This is really bad to say that i m very much harrased with your services i have four airtel numbers but i really have too bad expierence with your sevices .

The number [protected] is working for last five years but i cant get the bills due to that i am always be late from due date i get waver on a late fine for many times but still i cant get bill so give me waver this time too. i m not compromising on any waver.

The number [protected] is new i insert sim on my set but i cant get any responce there is no network on my handset and your advisor there is problem in sim and i have to pay 25 rs for that why shud i pay for that this is strictly your fault.

The numbers [protected] and [protected] is also new but i cant get there bills.

the other companies are giving me better plans . There is time competion and you are providing this type of redules services.

Just send me ebill for every number for every month.

ELSE PLEASE JUST DISSCONNECT MY NUMBERS ON URGENT BASIS>

Airtel/Bharti Post Paid Mobile — Not satisfied with Airtel customer care no action reg.bill plan change

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a post paid connection of Airtel no. is [protected] for last 6 year.
Now I want to change my Bill Plan . Current Plan is – Rs.399/- Now I want to change Rs.199/- Plan. Regarding this I contacted much time customer care 121 and they told thatplan will change next 48 hrs. But sill there is no progress regarding this matter I talked to many people like Mr.Rajkumar (Supervisor), Mr. Sunny, Ms.Pooja and many more.
But they don’t give any satisfied solution for me. They gave only reference no. like—

Every time they told that my number is out of service but I am using my mobile continuously and I am paying regularly. But still my problem is not resolved.

So please to do something strongly about this matter.

So after this purchesed i was gone out of station so in varifications your compamny had not satisfied so this card was stopped by airtel co. but i have not an issue. But when i comed back so i paid a bill of one month. And then yeasterday i was going at your airtel galarrie at opera house Chandulal Mehta co for restart this no. But your Companies Executive told me this no. is Chargeble no. and they want 10000/- RS. for this No. So its fact? your companies has this no is Chargeble? plz reply me . so after your reply i can go for further.

I am having problem with Airtel service. I am using the airtel service for last four years. In prepaid I didn't face more problems. But Now I changed to postpaid for the reson of Company offer. While i was join they asked only the permanent address proof and company id proof. Now i change my current location, for that i sumbit current address proof with the help of company.But they not accept this proof. They want only rental aggrement. In mean while they disconnect my service.

Previously i am a honest customer and regularly i paid my post paid bills you chek up my payments records also for your reference. last month my airtel bill increase to 110000because of miunderstanding of National SMS charges o[censored]r scheme 99 .I percieved since its national sms is included it can be done out of station.Please wave SMS charges and obliged me as the bill has crossed out of limits.this is first complain

Airtel — Bill amount are not showing

Airtel is not showing my previous bill amount and payment history for my mobile in any mode of communication, showing as 0 outstanding amount and also if I paid the bill, acknowledgement also are not coming. Even customer care are also not helping.

BHARTI TELECOM LIMITED AIRTEL MOBILE — NON CONVERSION OF MY POST-PAID MOBILE TO PREPAID EVEN AFTER PAYMENT OF DUES

I HAD A POST-PAID MOBILE CONNECTION NUMBER [protected] FOR THE LAST TWO YEARS. I REQUESTED FOR CONVERTING THIS POST-PAID CONNECTION TO PRE-PAID ABOUT 5 MONTHS BACK. I APID ALL THE DUE , AS ASKED FOR, BY THE AIRTELAUTHORISED SHOP PVR COMPLEX VIKAS PURI NEW DELHI-110018. THE AIRTEL AUTHORISED CENTRE TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD EXHAUSTED THE STOCK OF SIM CARDS AND THE SAME WOULD BE SUPPLIED TO ME AFTER SOME TIME. BUT MY NUMEROUS VISITS TO PVR AIRTEL CENTRE AND TO UTTAM NAGAR AIRTEL CENTRE COULD NOT YEILD ANY RESULTS. I MADE NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS TO CUSTOM ER SERVICE CENTRE BUT NOTHING COULD BE DONE.

I HAD TO COME TO AUSTRALIA DUE TO SOME PERSONAL REASONS AND TO MY SHOCKING SURPRISE, MY POST-PAID CONVERTED PRE-PAID CONNECTION NUMBER [protected] HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED. THIS NEGLIGENT ACTION BY THE SERVICE PROVIDER HAS CAUSED ME GREAT FINANCIAL LOSSES AND MENTAL TORTURE.

THE SERVICE PROVIDER / ITS AUTHORISED AGENTS HAVE FAILD TO SUPPLY THE PRE-PAID SIM CARD FOR THE ABOVE NUMBERED CONNECTION EVEN AFTER RECEIVING ALL THE DUE ON THE DATE AND TIME OF MAKING THE REQUEST. ( I HAVE A RECEIPT FOR THE SAME ISSUED BY THE VIKAS PURI CENTRE).

I ONCE AGAIN CALL UPON THE SERVICE PROVIDER TO SUPPLY ME THE PRE-PAID SIM IMMEDIATELY, FAILING WHICH, I WILL BE LEFT WITH NO OPTION BUT TO PROCEED AGAINST THEM IN AN APPROPRIATE LEGAL FORUM, AFTER MY RETURN TO INDIA.
