[Resolved]  Airtel — Postpaid Bill Payment

Dear Sir,

I have two Post paid mobile connections with Bharati Airtel as below - I have been trying to sort out the problem from past three months by sending mails and contacting the via phone and there is no proper response and finally they said they issue a notice on my connection.

This guys are damaging the name of "NOTICE", If we are trying to escape to make the payment or avoiding your calls or mails replying then you take legal action. I have been replying all my mails and contacted twice with Pradeep who work in part of Corporate.CollectionsKK team and explained my background of this pending bills, he said ok and agreed with my points and he said he will come back to me on this but I never see his mail or call from him. I called from different country from UK and charged for Rs. 250 and not bothered for that but even contacting and explaining the problem there is no proper response.

Regards to [protected] I have made full settlement in March Second week in KR Puram Airtel Store and the same day I went to Indira Nagar store to submit the form to convert the connection from postpaid to Prepaid and called Airtel team to request for cancellation everything went fine that day.

When I made payment in KR Puram Store they said there is no pending amount and you will not get bill anymore.

Then later I received the bill for April month and they requesting to make the payment, I am not going to make payment for this account which I never used the service after my final settlement . It's there problem and they have not cancelled the bill after my request also.

Regards to [protected], I am happy to pay the bill, But I would require a accurate bill, Because I made the full settlement on March 2nd week on the same day I went to Indira Nagar store and submitted the form to convert the connection from post paid to prepaid. Due to my abroad travel date extended I have used this connection to make calls so I am happy to pay this bill. but not for the current outstanding which they are showing because when I made final settlement on March 2nd week I paid without discount on my connection. So on my next bill I would expect some discount need to be credited to my account which every I made final settlement without discount.

I told them settle these both connections together so that I can make the payment .. but no one is responding properly and harassing me on this.
I would request you to kindly help me on this...

We are your post paid customer and we are facing the more problem about bill delivery .Courier delivery person used to delivery of my mobile bill in not proper way and last month we have not recd. ( which due date 091010 ) bill not recd. till date . He used to delivery of bill after office time with out receiving ( POD ) and delivered in open primisses space bill so used to got bill in wet position,

AirTel — ABOUT PAYMENT

i m meharyadav, last few daya i receive call from [protected]airtel legal department mr. sharma who asking for due payment rs. 19000, i already pay rs. 30000 as a full n final payment on dated 08/06/10 by cheque no. 885239syndicate bank for (AIRTEL ACCOUNT ID NO.[protected], but i dont have any support or clearification about payment. i also have a full n final payment receipt with sattelment letter. i had dsiconnect this no by the reason of - improper service & false biling.but problem is still there.

I payed my airtel bill of month OCT with in a given date but they did sand me nay update till today and when i call there they said they already paid but i am getting continue sms from airtel. I dont know what to do now. and one more thing every time i try to pay my bill online i did get the airtel password i don't know what is happening because I am daily got the bill sms from airtel so its not possible the there is any problem from my side.

please do some thing as soon as possible.because if this is happen again then i have to think about other option

I am using the postpaid no [protected].in my mobile M.M.S is not working .so i called customer care 12118 they told me to submit a request letter to one of the airtel mobile office . so we submitted a letter to saibeen complex lallbagh Mangalore on last month. But still i did not got a any response from them and m.m.s also not working. So i request you to as soon as possible activate the m.m.s. Kindly do the needful.

Airtel Postpaid Connection — Legal notice for bill payment

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was customer of airtel post paid connection[protected]. I gave request to cancel the connection in May 2010. But now in December 2010 i am getting a mail from the Corporate collection team that they have served me a legal notice (L for non-payment of my bills. I paid Rs. 945 on 22nd may 2010 and then the customer service executive told me that your number will be cancelled on 31st may 2010. He told me to paid the remaining amount later when the bill is generated at the month end. I later paid Rs. 298.5 which was outstanding. I have proof for both the payments.

Also i am having a reference number which i got in message after my cancellation request was taken. Now the collection team is telling that your connection was not cancelled and we cannot take the reference number for cancellation as an evidence.

Please guide me how to proceed with the situation.

Airtel — Prepaid mobile connection cancelled without notice

We were continuosly getting sms on prepaid mobile to submit documents..
We finaly submitted docs after the services are stoppped.
We want the same number,can we get a duplicate number now...
this is the kind information that we are having 40 post paid connections and we are not getting the collection executives to collect the monthly bill payments so make the necessary arrangements for the payments

I am the subscriber of the above-mentioned MDN (Gulf sim ) and am a heavy user. I used to receive alerts on various offers including full TT offers. On 09-Feb-2011, I received an alert showing full talk time offer for Rs. 58.00 recharge. I visited a retailer and asked him about the offer. He was idealess about the offer, so I did the recharge for 56.00 unintentionally, and thinking that it was a full talk time offer. I waited for the balance to be credited to my account and found that it was another tariff plan shifting recharge (transaction id: [protected]). I asked explanation from the retailer, but he said he was helpless and asked me to call customer care. I made more than 5 complaints from yesterday till now, but the airtel customer care was very weak to resolve this problem; they could have changed the plan back to the old plan within 5 minutes from which I made the complaint and also it was from the retail point itself. With an expectation, I visited the relationship centre at I.G. road, Calicut and they directed me to the hotline instrument, and the reply I received from CC was the same and very disgusting.
Let me remind you the thing that a customer subscribes for a Gulf sim knowing that its validity is for 90 days and he need not change the plan of the same sim to a local plan as sims of various providers are available free at the market at present. Moreover you can plan lock the said sim (as it is a limited validity sim) so that the plan never changes accidentally. Even though, it was a mistake from my side, the fact was due to unawareness from the airtel retailer point where I did the recharge.
If you understood the fact behind this, I request you to change my plan to the old tariff and also credit the amount back to my account deducting my usage charges or else you may lose a heavy usage customer.

At the end the dispute was removed with negotiation.I have paid Rs.1400/-upto 26th dec.I have requested to change my plan of Rs.449/-.It has been changed as I requested W.E.F.[protected].My services was barred from[protected] to[protected] the rental charge should not has been charged which is shown in bill. Kindly deduct the above said charge and send the new bill from[protected].An early response is solicited .

This is Mahesh Saxena.I am a subscriber o[censored]r internet.I have received some bills in which the late payment has been charged wrongly and I have not paid such bills.After a long negotiation above said charge written off.I have deposited Rs.1400/- upto[protected].My net service were barred for the period of[protected] to[protected] but the rental charges have been charged.This rental charge should not has been charged as i have not entertain your net services.I made change my plan of Rs.449/-P.M.which is W.E.F.[protected].Kindly deduct the rental charges and send a new bill from the period of[protected].
