[Resolved]  Airtel Postpaid — No Coverage(Network issues)

This complaint regarding network coverage. I have been complaining to Airtel people for last six months that network coverage is bad in my home. Every time they have been saying will install system in home but till now never happened. But I don’t know how come they say they have connection...

sir iam using the airtel cug postpaid from 1 year and my call log details were given to some x person without my involvement illegally .how can i stop those from chasing my calls illegally .i saw the printouts taken by them .i work in a company .and my billing address is company itself.what step i must take to overcome the problem

i am mahesh hiremath. sangli. city.m.s. i am facing from last 8 month mobile range problem. i contact to coustmer care exicutive and nodel officer also but nobody can solve my problem. it is very neceesary to me solve mobile range problem. i am contact to airtel sangli center also. now i am totally disappointed to company service.
please read above subject try to solve my problem. i hope sir co. do needfull way.

Sir My Number "[protected]" i took this number one year back so i did not used this number since four months so the card was rejected, then i took the sim replacement in the nearest Airtel office and also not working they said it was cancelled, so please kindly activate my number and the SIM No : H[protected]

Airtel Postpaid — Network problem

Hi..Myself Sachin Jadhav. I stay in Mhada colony, Mulund (E)..I brought Airtel postpaid connections some 2 yrs back after confirming the healthy n/w coverage at my place. Suddenly from last 2-3 months i am getting no coverage in my area. This is the number i use for communicating for professional as well as personal needs. My contacts are spread across so many people that i cant change my number. So lodged complaint on Air tel 121. They gave me complaint number. I also informed them the problem is being faced by entire Mhada colony area. After some days i heard from them that the problem is resolved. I checked but the same problem was occurring. I again called 121 and did the same thing again, again the y reorte probelm was there and resolved but similarly no solution. Being s/w engineer i dont get time to visit airtel gallary, still due to teh amount of problems i am facing i visited aiir tel galary in Mulund west and guess what there also they called 121 and made me talk on same thing. Fed up with all this i asked for the nodal officer details and they gave me the email id and phone number. I sent him email twice and twice they replied that the problem has been resolved and they said that no more help they can provide. Some days ago i came to know that entire colony airtel customers are facing this problem and giving up with aiir tel as there tower has been towed away from the place it was supposed to be. Now how come these people can tell me that the outdoor n/w is absolutely fine. It is only when i come out of my colony and cross highway i get network coverage. I am tired of lodging ccomplaints again and again with airtel, but no outcome. I am attaching the emails i sent to nodal officers and their response on the same. Any help in this regards is erally appreciable because really i can't change my phone number. Thsi is was the same reply i got from them and no resolution.

Airtel is a very unprofessional company and they deactivated my 3 years old pre-paid connection with Rs. 500+ balance just for not using it for 7 days. Shamelessly, their customer care failed to help out. I am taking them to the court.

i am residing in uttaranchal, i am facing lots of problem with Airtel since last eight months, so called technical dept is very incapable., since last eight months they are not able to solve the M.C.A. service in my number.They asked to change the HANDSET
I did .Now what step i should take to resolve the problem?
