[Resolved]  Airtel Postpaid — value added service

since last 40 days,there is problem in gprs connection, i can not use gprs network, i had made 10 complaints regarding problem to airtel company since 40 days, every time they are giving me just reassurance,but they did not solve problem for 40 days, they sharged me rs 380 for gprs connection, though gprs is not avialable for 4o days dut to techinical problemc of company.

Airtel Postpaid — Poor Service

I have converted my airtel prepaid to postpaid. After fifteen days my connection get disconnected withput any pre-notice. I have called the customer care, but i have been just told that ur service will start again within few hours. Two days past but still my connection not activated.
What to do with this kind of service providers, as they dont know the importance of clients.
What is the use of writing complaints here ? Can they hear us ?

My Grievances –

23.05.2008 – I have applied for 998/- Advance rental plan (to convert pre to post paid connection) but so far it’s not been activated in spite of Verbal confirmation from coordinator & from Kunal (Distributor - FOS)

Details of Events

23.05.2008 - I have received a call from Nitika/Nidhi[protected], and she explain me the plan 998/- I have confirmed her to send someone and I will complete the formalities. I have received a sale confirmation call from her senior (Don’t remember the name) immediately and call from Kunal after some time
Sales person came around 5:21 pm and all formalities were done at 5:47 pm .

Setting my expectation wrong just for the sake of sale – I was told that if I will pay through chq the conversion (From Pre to post paid) will happen within 72 hrs.
This was expectable to me. I m an Airtel customer from last 6-7 years and I know its a standard TAT.

I was impressed when I was told that if I will pay cash conversion will be done within 6 hrs. So I paid cash. But unfortunately your T & C on the back of your SEF doesn’t say so.

This is clearly a case where sales people are setting customer’s expectation wrong just to get one sale.

Who wouldn’t want this plan but the way it was sold but was??????

I still understand that sales guy must be late and was not able to submit the from yesterday, but hole days has passed today but no update.

I have called your pre-paid toll free no. and there was no update whether this connection is going to be converted in to post paid connection. (The conversation is recorded with me). The CSC told that the conversion will happen within 24 hrs not in 6 hrs.

The call I received from[protected], 2220127 these nos. belongs to Faridabad not delhi okhla. What I m trying to say is airtel DSA is making such promises on the behalf of a company, there must be some communication gap while setting the product or providing download to DSA's.

Airtel is Six Sigma Certify and If this is kind of services I’ll get I would like to cancel the plan and want my money back.

Bharti Airtel - Postpaid Mobile service — Harrassment by Airtel

I am Rajiv Arora from Ghaziabad. I had the Airtel Postpaid Connection thats I left it before 3 months back. I was very priore client of Bharti Airtel but I am very depressed now a days. I used this Airtel postpaid connection since last 4.5 years and paid my bill on time. I had given around 6000 Rs.as a bill payment on an average every month. But before 3 months back an Airtel executive makes misbehave in front of me and customer care was not listin my complaint. They called to my relatives my friends and many person and told wrong thing about me. Now I want to know what can i do. i have taken any legal Action or what? please tell me the way to get red of this kind of Harassment.

My name is Raghwendra and I am very disappointed by the service you are providing for the mobile networks in Pune on top of that when we make a complain to your customer care service they don’t even seem to bother about the complaint that we make. Instead of resolving that complaint they keep on giving excuses. Please let me know what you can do to resolve my problem. Looking forward to your assistance.
I am facing a negligence and lack of information from Airtel. I own a airtel postpaid corporate connection.. suddenly i am facing high bills from the last 3 months.
whenn got it checked came to know that my service had been deactivated.
i had a top up for which i was paying n its deactivated without my consent.
i am using airtel for the past 4 years n this trouble is firts time when the customer care is nt reachable n everythin is ending in vain.
i feel like going for a legal action against airtel n filing a rti complaint for lack of information on their part..
i just want to know that is is also applied for multi national or only government offices..
well i just want to be compensated by aitrel..
i really want to make ware that first airtel will lure you by giviing you scemes.. n when you will be used to the number, or it becomes important for your business, then they will snatch services from you. you feel handicapped .. i am payong heavy bills n nop one is replying me from airtel...

SIR IAM USING AIRTEL POSTPAID CONNECTION FOR MORE THAN 3YEARS, BUT LAST MONTH WHEN IAM USING GPRS SERVICE I WAS LOGGED TO A WAP SITE AND JUST SEARCHING THE CONTENTS, SUDDENLY I GOT TWO SMS THAT IHAVE CHARGED RS 60 FOR DOWNLOADING GAMES. I CONTACTED COUSTOMER CARE OFFICER AND TOLD ABOUT THIS HE GAVE A REFERENCE NUMBER AND AFTER A WEEK I CONTACT A HIGHER OFFICAL HE TOLD ME THAT PROBLEM IS DUE TO ACTIVE OF SOME SERVICE IN MY MOBILE. I AM SATISFIED WITH THIS REPLY AND ALSO ANOTHER PROBLEM IS WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONFORMATION ONE OF THEIR COUSTOMERCARE OFFICER HAS ACCTIVATED CALLER TUNE. The son of a politician Bharti Mittal, Sunil Mittal is from the town of Ludhiana in Punjab. the stigma on indian componies. ek badsa bhaddasa daag...gandagi faila raha hai thro his mobile (Bharati Airtel) services.
I think it is obvious as he belongs to politician family
Paisa to gaya ab chain bhi chhin rahe hai sale...uske kutte....bar bar phone karke sat bar mana karane ke bawjud bhi....besharmi ki har had ko langh chuke hai harami sale.

All The employes of Bharti Airtel are kutte, gandi nali ke kide hai...
We are sufferer of airtel bill dispute.

I have taken 2 numb's, are activated on 12th sept, 2009, with bill plan CUG group talk 249 MB.
I have paid Rs.1000/- as refundable deposite on 12th sept, 09.which is adjustable in my bill.

I have tken a connection at Novelty Enterprises Shop no.112, Madni complex, A.K.Marg.Bandra (E) Mumbai-51with Customer relation ship forms preprinted serial numbers of MMU[protected] & MMU[protected].
At the time of Taking the connection Mr.Santosh ([protected]) has been committed first 1000 min free every month which is not reflected in my bills.I gave complaint several times against for the above.
In the month of Dec, 09 cancelled [protected] on 20th Dec, 2009, next number [protected] cancelled on 13th jan, 2010. I have paid the remaining amont Rs.800/- against of my bill after adjustment of refundable deposite and surrendered my both mobile numbers.

But still iam getting calls from Airtel office malad every day Ms.Puja [protected], Ms.Rajashree [protected] .Thay almost all harrassing me with bad words, i explained several time all my issues and adjustments.
To day also i went to Airtel outlet Meera Road Opp to Rassaj theatre and explined to customer care people but no body is able to help me regarding this.I dailed 888 from thare i spoke to Mr.Murugan and again i explained entire situation, he gave me the complaint number 30938150.

I hope this is not the airtel service process, to deal with existing customer.Iam getting fed up with this., Iam making very clear that these numbers has been cancelled and kindly reimburse 1000 min free charges which you have been charged from Sept, 09, balance amount will be adjusted towards my security deposit.Till now it has not been done, and no body bothering also from Airtel side, just they want payments.Payment on what basis, where is my security deposit, why it has not been mention in my bills?Has not given any answer till now.

Associates has never turn up & they dont transfer the calls also, finally we suffers every day from Airtel

I hope after this my faith on Airtel will remains the same.
