[Resolved] Airtel - Postpaid — Outgoing calls barred
My mobile number is [protected] (Chennai). The outgoing calls have been barred on my number for the past two days without any reason. Inspite of lodging complaint on your so-called "CUSTOMER CARE" for at least 20 times, you people have done nothing about it.
Your guys are unable to explain why the number has been deactivated and are unable to correct it. Already spoken to two of your supervisors and though they seem to make a little more effort into correcting the problem by giving call-backs and informing the status, they run away once they realize they will not be able to correct it or whatever.
Over the past two days, for such a simple task as to activate the number, you guys have done nothing except giving me some 15-16 different reference numbers which are of no use if I try to refer them while calling next.
I dont know what kind of service you guys promise to provide, your Customer Care is good for nothing. You guys blocked my outgoing without even giving a warning or informing about it. And then you also dont know the reason why it has been barred.
If the number doesnt start working by the end of the day, it will push me to drag the issue to the highest authority.
