[Resolved]  Airtel Postpaid. MP Circle — POOR RESPONSE FROM NODAL OFFICER MP

On 02 Jul 2008 to resolve the pending issue of addon connection on my existing mobile [protected], I tried to approach Ms Rupali the designated NODAL OFFICER at Indore Offic on Mob No [protected], which instead was responded by a gentleman ANKIT BARIYA who was not only a confused person but was not able to converse in simple english, he refused to forward my call to NODAL OFFICER Ms RUPALI & if such executives I shy to come on line, the web site of AIRTEL should not show their names & mobile numbers of such callous NODAL OFFICERS. Mr ANKIT inspite of my repeated requests refused to provide me the E-MAIL ID of the corporate office of AIRTEL MOBILE. It is matter of shame that a company with over 7 crores mobile subscriber, has such callous NODAL OFFICERS who refuse to listen to customer requirements and work in watertight compartments. If I am NOT responded by an EXECUTIVE of AIRTEL MOBILE in next 15 days, I will be constrained to break relationship with AIRTEL MOBILE

I agree with you, and am also fed up with airtel now.
Before coming to USA, when I approached an airtel office, i was promised that my international roaming will be activated within 48 hours([protected]).It has been 6 months now and the roaming on my number is not activated.Yes they are not promt, sincere or puntual in their services but you have to agree that they are very sincere about billing, i am still receiving bills for my phone which i am unable to use for last 6 months because there is no roaming activated yet.
I am trying to contact a senior airtel officer reagrding this.If doesnot get a response, i will have to throw away the sim, without paying a single penny to airtel and filing a complaint in consumer court.
I am having tougher times dealing with these call center jokers.
There's no NODAL Officer. All are thekedaars and Mr Sunil Bharti Mittalis just hving a ride of Customers Tail. No One Knows who the country head of customer service in airtle is (if there's one).

I am thinking to switch to Sarkari provider. They are better than these Pvt Sector thugs.
I am send a request for activating missed call alert for my airtel number([protected]), but still its not activated from last 6 months, i log many complaint for that but problem is still pending, they all are nt given me solution for that.what should i do for that?and cusomer care executive told me within 4 hour it will be activated but problem is same
I have taken post paid connection to a lot of hope that I will not have to run frequently for recharging. At the time of taking connection I had to submit a copy of the rent agreement, two photos and an Identity proof. Then I moved to another house and informed the same to Customer care. They changed my address and after a few days asked me to submit Address proof, Identity proof and two photographs in 48 hours. My house owner was away and so I produced address proof from the company where I work.
The airtel representative who visited my house had no idea about residence proof. He took the letter from my company, copy of my pan card and two photographs. After an intervel of 24 hours I received a message " SINCE WE COULD NOT MEET YOU DURING THE WELCOME VISIT YOUR OUT GOING CALLS WILL BE SUSPENDED IN 24 HOURS" Immediately I contacted customer care and very soon my outgoing calls were suspended. I visited the airtel relationship centre where I think I was treated as though I had been a terrorist. I demanded the return of the documents collected from me. They do not return the documents once they collected. I am afraid they will misuse my photographs.
i agree with it AIRTEL is providng a worst customer service . iam having a ladline problem for 15 days .i had even talked to the nodal officesrs but thereis no response frm their side
I had taken airtel prepaid connection on 3rd of april and given required documents . On 7th of april varification was done and line was activated on 11th of april . on 29th of april my service was deactivated for no reason and advised me to submit fresh documents . Regarding this i visited 3 to 4 times to your airtel galeries to know the reason . On 9th of april again my service was activated for 2 days .Again on 12th of april the service is deactivated. Now i am so fedup i am thinking to go legally with airtel for this small reason . Kindly answer me should i go legally or somebody will speak to me regarding this because i am fedup by contacting customer care and galeries they just know to say sorry sir thats all they think that customer is a fool where he will submit the documents 10 times if it is demanded. and there is no value for customers documents.

If Somehow Msg is Sent there is no Reply & My request is Not Even Registered.They have Blocked my Toll Free Customer Care Helpline Even I called them Once.I thought Airtel is Worse in Haryana.But now I know its UNIVERSALLY Worse.
I am using Hutch from 2003 till date there is Not even a Single problem with in terms of Coverage, Tariffs, Customer Care is The BEST.
I will Personally Recommend All To Switch to VODAFONE Its Great.
yes, i too have a worst experience to share... since i got trasfered to another place i need to switch my mobil connection, i requested by email and written mail to discontinue the same after paying last bill. but since then no body has responded yet...and few days back i recieved a call from airtel that i need to pay 4500 buck to settle it down and they are calling to each and every no from my call list too. i mailed all this to nodal of the circle, lets see what happens. and see guys i made the same mistak by take again airtel connection at new place. now i am planning to switch it.

Am complaining them from 4 days about my outgoing calls are been barded, bt still there is no solution for this. No bills pending is left nothing dunno whats wrong.

i have been canceling my airtel number [protected] since 29th april... and havnt used it ever...
still there are bills coming home with those 'legal department' calls

went to the airtel service center.. and they are like the number is now cancelled.. but i will still have to pay Rs.800-something... before cancellation..

i had already paid the bill once in april.. so that they can cancel my number !!!

Colonel Mukesh Sharma is abssolutly correct. There is no one to take care about customer's problem ia Airtel. There is no nodal officer, only dull officers are there. Airtel mobile is headach. BSNL is giving much much better after sales service.

Dear Sir,
A Query Regarding a Pre- Paid Mobile Number [protected]. I am unable to make outgoing calls from my Mobile to Landline as well as Mobiles. Though I am receiving all the incoming calls. I have repeatedly made complaints regarding this problem to your concerned Department and Nodal Officers also but no such action has been taken so far in the above said matter. Since a week I am facing the problem of outgoing calls. Since this is my Business Number which has been circulated amongnst my Customers my business is getting affected badly as I cannot contact them. After making a call to your Service Centre 121 I am always assured that your problem would be resolved within 24 hrs from the call time but till date no action has been initiated on the said date.

Kindly look into the matter personally and please take a necessary action in this regard.

My internet connection number is mp 2291108ds1 . I have taken the 699 plan in which there is 2500 calls are free
but with net connection they have not given the free 25000 calls for which i am asking from previous three months it is due to the due to the local airtel service provider .He said previously i will give but afterwards he said that you will use for buisness purpose so i will not give bt i have taken the net connection for personal use and i have given the written request to local officer but then also he haven't given me and also not taking my bill so that our connection will disconnect.
so kindly accept my request and provide me 2500 calls free in 699 plan as soon as possible
