[Resolved] Airtel Postpaid. MP Circle — POOR RESPONSE FROM NODAL OFFICER MP
On 02 Jul 2008 to resolve the pending issue of addon connection on my existing mobile [protected], I tried to approach Ms Rupali the designated NODAL OFFICER at Indore Offic on Mob No [protected], which instead was responded by a gentleman ANKIT BARIYA who was not only a confused person but was not able to converse in simple english, he refused to forward my call to NODAL OFFICER Ms RUPALI & if such executives I shy to come on line, the web site of AIRTEL should not show their names & mobile numbers of such callous NODAL OFFICERS. Mr ANKIT inspite of my repeated requests refused to provide me the E-MAIL ID of the corporate office of AIRTEL MOBILE. It is matter of shame that a company with over 7 crores mobile subscriber, has such callous NODAL OFFICERS who refuse to listen to customer requirements and work in watertight compartments. If I am NOT responded by an EXECUTIVE of AIRTEL MOBILE in next 15 days, I will be constrained to break relationship with AIRTEL MOBILE
